So anyway then I was informed that they only stock Valvoline oil and Castrol is no longer available. I'm not saying their oil is bad, but I've had bad experiences after switching brands in the past. Stick with the brand you been using. Oh but I can go buy it elsewhere and they'll change it for $20bucks I was told. So no I guess I won't be going back. I'll just change it myself for no on. Went into their office and was met by a very nice lady named Kim, she got a mechanic to check my a/c out with no wait at all. They were very honest told me what the problem was and how much it would cost in less than 30 minutes. They were ready to do the fix right then and even offered me a ride if I wanted to leave it. I told them I would bring it back the next morning and they said they would get right on it. I was so impressed with them I had them take care of some maintenance items that needed to be done also (power steering fluid flush/change, transmission fluid flush/change and filter, front and rear differential oil service) Very impressed at how fast they got everything done considering they had to pull my whole dash out to change evaporator coil for a/c. If you need any work done on your vehicle go here, you will be satisfied. Kim will take care of you, she stays in touch and let's you know how everything is going.

Fast forward to today. My husband ran over something large and hard at 70 mph. Hit was so hard it popped the needle off of the speedometer in the dash. Managed to get it into see Joshua. Wasn't good news but he gave me 2 options. First was the minimum that needed to be done. Second was an additional item that really should be done. All said and done, more than I wanted to spend but I still feel he was very fair in his pricing. Been driving the van for a few days now and am very happy with the results. Plus, I have the peace of mind knowing I won't be chewing up my tires every few thousand miles. Just as a side note. I did research Cortez Car Care and discovered something amazing. They have been members of the BBB for 23 yrs this year and have not had one single complaint lodged against them in all that time. In any auto related field, especially repair/maintenance, that is a record to be very proud of. The vehicle KBB is $3,440; two separate unrelated repairs were quoted at $2700, unless something came up during repair then it would obviously go up. We called orielly & autozone and asked the price of the parts for the $1000 repair and ALL parts, grease, tool were $248.12 with tax! $750 for 2 hours labor- you tell me if they are inflated or not.
