I took it back they said they heard no noise and charged me for freon. Days later my car stopped in the middle of the road. I ended up taking it to a different shop and they discovered an entire part missing from my car. I tried calling/texting Velas and received no answers. I drove to the shop and they knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me my part back. Their interaction was weird when I mentioned to them that the entire engine hose was missing. I am not the first review that mentions they are missing parts after getting repairs done at the this shop. There's also multiple people on social media accusing them of allegedly taking parts from their vehicles. Not sure if this is what they were trying to do with my vehicle but it resulted in me paying over $300 to fix the damage my car experienced after this part was missing and the car was being driven without it.

It's like finding the perfect nail salon or hairdresser. A girl just needs a good mechanic. What I like is that they don't blow smoke up your butt. They tell you how much it's gonna be and that is what you're gonna pay. They did an excellent job on my oil change and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The two men who helped me were extremely friendly and helpful and they didn't try to rob me blind because I'm a female. My car sounds and is driving as good as new. Just what I like.

The vehicle KBB is $3,440; two separate unrelated repairs were quoted at $2700, unless something came up during repair then it would obviously go up. We called orielly & autozone and asked the price of the parts for the $1000 repair and ALL parts, grease, tool were $248.12 with tax! $750 for 2 hours labor- you tell me if they are inflated or not. I had just ordered one tire off of Amazon for about $60, and going to get it out on would have equaled out to what I paid at Panchos for two tires.
