Before I could enter the store, the salesmen locked the door on me and said sorry it's 6pm. I pointed to the clock on my phone to show him I had a few minutes left to make my purchase and pleaded with him to make an exception because it was dark and needed the bulb to drive home. If this is exceptional service, it definitely fell short. I don't normally write complaints or bad experiences but this is just unacceptable and they lost a sale. Once I got to my vehicle my oil life was not reset after being changed, if they even changed it because now I'm doubting that! My check engine light IS STILL ON!! I was not communicated well with about it! I Was told after the services were done that it was something else??? I had to wait with an employee to try and trouble shoot to reset the oil life on the dash at 6pm after leaving my vehicle at 10 am!!! I had to direct HIM on how to do it after he tried to google it. I was afraid to even pop my hood and check my fluid levels at the moment because I was so upset with the other things that were signed off as done and were indeed NOT done. I called to talk to the service manager around 10 am the next day and again around 4pm and no one ever got back to me. I really tried to give them a second chance to try and make it right and no one has called. Very unfortunate. The worst part was after a long day working in the operating room the last thing I wanted to do was pop my hood to see if the services were done and they were not!!!
