Before I could enter the store, the salesmen locked the door on me and said sorry it's 6pm. I pointed to the clock on my phone to show him I had a few minutes left to make my purchase and pleaded with him to make an exception because it was dark and needed the bulb to drive home. If this is exceptional service, it definitely fell short. I don't normally write complaints or bad experiences but this is just unacceptable and they lost a sale. I called to talk to the service manager around 10 am the next day and again around 4pm and no one ever got back to me. I really tried to give them a second chance to try and make it right and no one has called. Very unfortunate.
