I have spent over $4k over several months for the same unresolved issue. First, they misdiagnosed it as a bad throttle body. Then later admitted it never need one. Next, they claimed it was the PCV valve, which they had already replaced two years prior. When that didn't resolve the problem, they said I needed a new water pump and hoses, which failed to resolve the issue. Finally, they told me I needed a $4500 head gasket repair. At that, point, I sought a second opinion at the dealership. Only to learn the problem stemmed from the previous work, which had not be done properly. I am a teacher who cannot afford to pay thousands of dollars for "guesswork." Despite multiple chances, the shop has not offered any refund or attempt to make this right with me. At this point, based on the actions (or lack there of) of this shop, I no longer believe this is a case of gross incompetence. I believe it was done with intentional deceit and I can't with good conscience recommend this place to anyone.

The manager even told me, "We can see who gets here first." I was also told that around 7:30 AM, employees would come outside and ask the customers who arrived first so they could be helped in the correct order. That did not happen. I arrived at 6:40 AM and waited because I was told that if I was the first customer there, I would be the first one helped. No one came outside at 7:30 like I was told. They finally came out around 8:00 AM, and by that point several other customers had arrived. Instead of honoring the first-come, first-served system they explained to me, they took multiple people who arrived after me before they took me. What makes this even more frustrating is that I arrived that early specifically because of what their employees told me. I held up my end by getting there early and waiting, but they did not honor what they told me. I also was told that my car would be done by a specific time and again they lied about that as well. Lies all around this Discount Tire. I also was not given a receipt. I would not recommend coming to this location unless you're prepared to be told one thing and have them do something completely different. If you tell customers it is first come, first served, then you need to actually honor that. Go across the street to Firestone.

At one point I walked out of waiting room and there was a lady there and she asked if I needed any help and had been waited on. After I told her my truck was already in the back, she asked if I needed anything or If something was wrong. Very tentative and customer service oriented there. They got done with my truck. I paid and while at the register, I asked if my locks had been put back in glove compartment. They said they would check and before they could a young man came from back and said I forgot these and handed to me. I noticed a wet spot under my truck and mentioned it to the young man checking me out and he came outside and crawled under my truck looked and confirmed it was water and not from my truck. While there I asked how the balance on the tires went he went and check with the crew and said it went well. He was such a big help and friendly from the moment I walked into the business. My first experience here is outstanding, i will be returning for my next oil change. One last item, the waiting room is the best. Comfortable chairs and a coffee bar. Outstanding. All they need is recliner and you could have a nap while you waited. lol

So let me start by saying I am not one to normally write review. That said, I feel this place…read moredeserves all they get because of their rude, unhelpful, unwilling and unprofessional staff. The owners perpetuate the behavior, and even have the audacity to refute reviews on here instead of realizing and fixing their internal issues. I have read many reviews of this place which seem to have disappeared in the last week! ; how wonderful for them. Anyway, last Saturday was the last time I will ever stop at this place. That was my 4th time in total and I did purchase new 2 sets of Rigid off road lights for my previous F-150 after Harvey. So this review does not come from an unknowing person. I stopped in last Saturday to purchase and possibly have new dual shocks installed for my steering stabilizer on my 2017 FX4 F-250. I was met by one of the guys just inside with a blank stare and his words were "we cannot do anything until Tuesday when the parts stores open." Not one word as in "welcome to Premier off-road" or anything. I described my problem and he asked what brand lift i have. I bought the truck lifted brand new from the dealer so I didn't know the answer. He did go outside to look underneath and found it to be a Rough Country lift. He didn't even look at the dual shock stabilizer to see if he had a like part to sell. He said he could not help me because they don't sell Rough Country as he stated "they don't sell bottom of the barrel stuff!" So i walked away from him, went to 4 Wheel parts, bought the same size shocks in the Fox Brand and put them on myself. Now I ask, why can the staff Premier Offroad not ask a few questions to earn business instead of talking bad about a particular brand or the other off-road shop out here? I guess they may be independently wealthy and not need the business!
