I have spent over $4k over several months for the same unresolved issue. First, they misdiagnosed it as a bad throttle body. Then later admitted it never need one. Next, they claimed it was the PCV valve, which they had already replaced two years prior. When that didn't resolve the problem, they said I needed a new water pump and hoses, which failed to resolve the issue. Finally, they told me I needed a $4500 head gasket repair. At that, point, I sought a second opinion at the dealership. Only to learn the problem stemmed from the previous work, which had not be done properly. I am a teacher who cannot afford to pay thousands of dollars for "guesswork." Despite multiple chances, the shop has not offered any refund or attempt to make this right with me. At this point, based on the actions (or lack there of) of this shop, I no longer believe this is a case of gross incompetence. I believe it was done with intentional deceit and I can't with good conscience recommend this place to anyone.

Fortunately, the representative at Ford was able to locate one of my original wiper blades, so I only needed to purchase one new blade and a replacement rubber for the second one. The Honda employee who assisted me was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive, making sure all my needs were taken care of. Then, on March 9, 2026, I returned to Honda because Ford was unable to help me remove a stuck valve cap on my tire. Honda checked it right away and advised that they could fix the issue without any problem, estimating it would take about one to one and a half hours. Their team worked quickly and efficiently, and I was back on the road much sooner than expected. As an added bonus, they even washed my car for free, which I truly appreciated.
