They helped us set up our new iPhones but it took forever and we later found out our cellular carrier would have done it for free. The guy didn't seem to know exactly what he was doing and we stood there while he played around with it part of the time. Didn't explain much and what he did tell us was way over our heads. $70 later we walked out with some new cords, adapters and a $30 case for my wife. She looked online for a new case and found one just like theirs for $9.99. Took the $30 back and they gave me credit. Then adapters didn't work. Took them back. Then one of the car adapters was the wrong one. He had me use the old one but rigged it up to use the old one since he didn't have the right one in stock. It was just one thing after another and I ended up there at least 3 times. I'm reluctant to use them again esp after reading more unfavorable reviews. They need more staff. read more

I went here to fix an Iphone 11 screen, after a few months the screen went black. When I brought it back They insisted I had cracked the screen. I told them I hadn't and was using it when this happened. I took the screen cover off and showed the there was no crack. The man agreed with me. I asked how much it would be to fix. They told me it would be 165$ to fix after I had paid 180$ dollars for the first screen. The iphone 11 as of 03/19/2024 is 199$ dollars at walmart.com. So... took my phone in for ( what I thought) was a simple battery swap out. Got it back with the Touch ID not working anymore. One guy was "sort of" helpful. The one who actually did the work was not at all. Brought it back twice. Totally unwilling give me any satisfaction at all. Ill be traveling out of town for any future repair. Disappointed with their service. I had the screen replaced on my iPad because it had cracked and it quit working within a couple of weeks because the new screen was not sealed properly. Since I'm not in La Grande often, I was unable to bring it right back. When I finally did, they only gave me a 10% discount on labor and I had to pay full price for the new screen. Do not waste your money here! It took 2 days for them to perform a "drying process" after my phone had gotten wet. Then they decided to replace the screen, which barely responds now, (my understanding is this is what happens when you use after market parts). They claimed the battery looked fine, but I could come back if there were any problems. That battery only holds a charge for a few hours now, but I surely will not be going back! read more
