Don't go there if you think they're going to honor their prices, made a trip over there as they said they would price match and then came up with a bunch of silly excuses why not. A part that is shipped and sold by Amazon with warranty is supposed to be price matched, but when you get in the store, they'll come up with nonsensical reasons to split the difference with you. Ultimately, we gave them more money than what the price match was supposed to be as no one can drive around town for hours at a time, but that's bad business wnd we are familiar faces in there. I went in here with expectations of ordering 4 different parts for my dodge sprinter. As we pulled up each part on the computer, I realized that this store will fairly price what you call in, but will try and up sell you while you're there on other parts. They wanted to sell me a house brand air filter for 48.99 I quickly googled it and found multiple competitors offering it at half the price (19.99-29.99) for the same quality air filter. The price I showed them was from euro parts San Diego. The manager, over hearing me, immediately argued that they could not price match something that wasn't local. So then I pulled up autozone and it was only 29.99. Of course the manager denied this too cause we now had beef. He was a ghetto Latino dude who was snappy and shutting me down for wanting a fair price. Sketchy place when that's the manager. I now have literally gone down the block, to Napa auto parts, where they had my air filter in stock and priced matched the one at auto zone for 29.99. Do not go here for basic parts, they will try and price gouge you knowing it's needed for maintenance. read more

This one star review is entirely for the person who helped us checkout. It was sexist and, in my opinion, considered sexual harassment. Buying wipers and the man behind the counter is able to input our information with no numbers on the keyboard without having to think about it. I advised that I was "impressed." He states, "it's easy to impress you. If you think that is impressive..." then laughs, leans toward my man and says, "I'll show her something much more impressive I got going on." I was floored. Are you kidding me? Also, mentioning that to my Bf? I advised my bf that if it wasn't an old man saying that he would have been pissed instead of laughing. He agreed. Interaction continues... later on he mentions that the support beam is actually a stripper pole for old people. Himself included and he "puts on a show" when he can, and he "gets some money out of it." He asks if my father can take over his role as the main stripper. It "doesn't pay much," but it would help him out. I do not believe in supporting a place where this is the conversation. We had already gone other place to look for what I needed and they didn't have it otherwise I would have walked out. Mind you, a female employee was leaving as we were checking out and this employee was yelling at her for "ditching him." It is an old man. I am a young woman. She was a young woman. I wondered what she deals with every day if this was what happened in our 2-5 minute interaction with him. read more

He specifically asked if it was back and not front gasket and the lady working said they had it when he got there the lady didn't even comprehend what he was saying and said she had the rear and only had the front. Went for turn signal bulbs, the young man got them for me and then out to my car to check if that was what I needed, turn signal worked , break light was out , he went back inside and got the bulb for that and changed the bulb right there in the parking lot. Great service. read more

Terrible service, can't be bothered to call you when your part is in, and when you get your part it is missing pieces and then hung up by the staff when you question why the item is wrong, why you were not called a second time when they had to reorder the part. Oh and told they are too busy to check in the special orders. Even though when you walk in looking for your item they are having some ice coffee and listening to the radio. Go any where else.
