This has literally been the case for over a year. If the app doesn't work, just remove it. The last time I scheduled service I got a text back a few days later saying that they were sorry but my service appt was cancelled. Not rescheduled, cancelled. No explanation. It seems that over the years this dealership has had a big problem keeping service techs on staff - a lot of turnover.
