I asked for someone with a little more experience, she then lectured me for five minutes about how she was new there. I called back and got another guy and same issue, he hung up on me. Called back got left on hold. Finally spoke to a guy named jason who claimed to be a manager. He then accused me of yelling at his young children employees. Fustrated yes, not yelling. jason told me to call back on monday, there would be someone with knolage there then. Geeze. It will be nice when napa finally gets its doors open here in town. Napa tends to do things on a more professional level. Dont waste your time or money here.

The manager said, "You're not our customer your theirs." He initially refused to tell me what the warranty was for even 'their' customers and finally told me it was 90 days. I've never been treated to rudely and unprofessionally at an auto parts store. No attempt to even explain their policies or apologize that he couldn't ( likely wouldn't) do anything for me. Why not try Checker or another auto parts supplier in town?

Ma'am if you don't like your job, don't work there. I've been choosing O'Reilly for years BECAUSE they are known to be reliable and helpful. NOT SO this morning. We spent $100 on a battery the day prior for our RV while stopping over for the night. Got it to camp and the battery registered as half full. By morning, our LED lights wouldn't power on. No big deal, right? Just thought we'd bring it back and exchange for one that had power seeing as how its brand new. With an air of complete and utter rudeness, she tested it and said 'our policy is not to return it but charge it for 24 hours before doing anything, and if we don't like it we can wait for a manager.' WOW. I don't mind company policy, in fact I get it, but the way in which it was delivered was so off putting and rude, I am seriously considering never being a repeat customer to O'Reilly's. 100% unnecessary. She even said, 'It was probably just our vehicle, or whatever.' To the manager: you may want to employ those who represent your company well. She definitely does not.
