Still waiting on on complete reimbursement from him or his insurance about three months later for rental vehicle, towing, cleaning of truck (engine parts were placed on my carpet and leather seats after they took the engine apart, probably trying to cover up what they did). If zero stars was an option I'd check that.

I threw a Hail Mary via yelp in the Projects section and one company ignored me altogether while another flat out told me they couldn't help me. Not only did Marcos answer me very quickly on Yelp, he kept me updated on the entire process every step of the way with phone calls and text messages. I was assured they were very familiar with the 6.0 engines, which was exactly what I needed. These guys even brought their flat bed all the way to Espanola to pick up the vehicle at a very reasonable price as it wasn't in running condition at the time. The truck was done in only 3 days, and that was even with having to get a part shipped in. The overall cost was fair, in fact it was great, and you can tell these guys love their work and have a great deal of interest in these trucks. They honored some of my additional requests as well. I'll be taking my Ford to them any time I'm in need of work and would highly recommend them for any vehicle. It is now one week later and my truck is running great, I'm very happy with their work.

They wanted me to pay them to review there cameras and basically 86'd me off the premises for wanting to file a police report. Ari and his team are knowledgeable, skillful, and compassionate. While handling my tune up they found and resolved many issues for me, and alerted me to additional issues that might wait until after I return. Ari took the time to go over in detail, with both photos and drawings, everything that they discovered, and how they fixed the most pressing problems. They even popped my rear bumper back into shape where someone had caught the edge. Ari was keenly present and patient while reporting his findings. He answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions regarding what might be the next priortiy to address when I am ready. I walked away smiling, feeling like I received so much for a super reasonable final bill. I am beyond impressed. Little did i know that Ari thoroughly ripped me off. He initially told me via text that my bill for the work would be $1100 plus tax but when i arrived to collect my vehicle, the price was more: $1587.51 Ari explained that my van needed new software for the electric engine and of course Chryslar charged for the software but having called the dealership after, I learned that Chryslar didn't charge anything for new software, Ari charged me $495 for software and charged me for labor (an hour) which normally takes 15-20 seconds to upload. He told me that he had to replace the electrical harness to replace the broken hood latch switch. If I had the foresight to order the hood light switch on Amazon, it would have cost $35.00, Ari charged me $225.00 for this item. After paying for service, I noticed that even though supposedly doing a overall performance check, ($75) they didn't bother to air up one of my tires, leaving me in a lurch and having to get it done somewhere else. At the performance review, Ari explained the repairs still needed on my vehicle, these included two new tires, a tuneup, allignment, replacing the spark plugs and other maintenance stuff. Of course, Ari and his technicians could do all of these repairs. He said that spark plugs would cost $400. When I looked them up on Amazon, they were priced at $99.00. I won't take him up on his offer to do the work on my vehicle. Thank goodness, I didn't make another appointment with Ari! Don't read any of the positive reviews, they were written by owner Ari. If you notice, the positive reviews are only a paragraph in length, whereas the negative ones are longer to include all of the complaints. I noticed advertisements for Master Tech in our local newspaper. How many mechanics need to advertise their services? Only the ones that have alienated previous clients, only the ones that are beginning to see their over charging finally costing them their reputations. Santa Fe is a "word of mouth" town, Ari 's karma is finally catching up to him and unfortunately, to the rest of the technicians that work at his garage. I told my friend that he needs to find another job. Even though I had to pay through the teeth, and I felt like I had been scammed, the garage fixed my car. It really was a win/win.

This place is a rip-off. I went there for an oil change figuring it would be faster on a Saturday…read morethan Walmart. I stated wanting an oil change. An attendant took my key & started on it right away. It was finished in a timely manner. When presented with the invoice, there was a $56.99 charge for full service. I told the manager i didn't want all that, just an oil change. He asked, "You just wanted a basic oil change?" I told him yes and he replied, "We don't do basic oil changes," implying that the $57 service charge was standard in addition to the $44 paid for the oil change. Outrageous! Nowhere in the service station did I see any posting that this was standard pricing. So, I then looked at the checklist of items supposedly supplied for this service. The battery was not checked. There was some corrosion around the terminal posts. I asked if these could be cleaned. He told me no, they don't do anything with batteries. Then I noticed that my wiper blades had been "checked," whatever that meant. I knew that my wiper blades needed to be replaced and had just bought new ones at Auto Zone a half-hour before the oil change. So, I asked the manager if his crew could at least replace the wiper blades. He said they could at an additional cost of $14.99 per blade. Like I said, this place is a total rip-off; no real care for customer service, just finding anyway possible to make a buck off unsuspecting customers. Next time, it'll be Walmart for an oil change.
