On my first trip there, they said they had four tires for my car. Once they had the car up and my old tires off, they said they didn't have four tires. So they put two on. Shortly after, my old tire blew. I went back for the remaining two, and once again, although on the phone they said ten of my tires were in stock, they couldn't find them in after I waited 2 hours. They finally found tires, and installed them. About a dozen employees were around but only one or two of them barely working on the cars in line for tires. After I paid, I realized they didn't put my spare back but left it out in the shop. No one would take responsibility for having done the work on my car. It was a mess and took about 4 hours. This all has been a tremendous waste of time- it's well worth going somewhere else.

I can't be home for the showings, so I couldn t be home that day between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM and then again between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM. My timeframe to get the window repaired was unusually constrained. This caused me a considerable amount of stress. I called 3 glass repair businesses in Espanola. Action Glass REALLY came through for me! They went "bove and beyond" to help me, arriving at 9:30 AM to remove the window, fixing it at their shop, and returning at 3:30 PM to install the repaired window. WOW! He tried telling me I had to pay for a replacement engine, but he would install it for free. Later admitted his shop was at fault then filled a claim with his insurance. Still waiting on on complete reimbursement from him or his insurance about three months later for rental vehicle, towing, cleaning of truck (engine parts were placed on my carpet and leather seats after they took the engine apart, probably trying to cover up what they did). If zero stars was an option I'd check that.
