I was on a road trip with my friend and our catalytic converter broke. We were panicking and nowhere else in Taos could see us before the next week, by which time we were supposed to be far across the country. But the woman at Friday Motors agreed to squeeze us in. And then, when it turned out there was more damage than we thought and they didn't have the part on hand because of how old the car was, she contacted multiple places before finding one that could overnight the part and we were able to drive off the next evening. They were also extremely hospitable and helped us get a rental car at a discounted rate to get around town. Definitely would give five stars and recommend to anyone!!

Went back to O Reilly, Walsenburg, Co, told the manager what happened, he gave me the right filter and kept his employee on. I never stepped into that store again and never will. If I can't go to Carquest where a person can get professional help and great service, I go to Autozone next to Albertsons for filters ETC, while picking up my presciptions, but for auto parts Carquest is beyond rated over 5 stars
