I usually try to give companies the benefit of the doubt, but my experience with Enterprise Car Sales was so dishonest that I feel the need to speak out. I was approved for a 2019 Chevy Malibu. They ran my credit specifically for that vehicle, confirmed its availability over the phone, and kept it listed on their website like it was ready to sell. But when I arrived at the dealership, everything changed. The sales rep told me the Malibu was no good--that it was "trash" and would not be sold to me. I was never offered the option to wait on repairs or to purchase it later. I was simply told it was off the table, and I was then shown other vehicles instead. Only two people were in the room during this conversation: me and my significant other, who clearly remembers exactly what was said. Yet, Enterprise later sent a letter to the state claiming I was offered the opportunity to wait on the vehicle--a complete lie. I asked what was wrong with the car and was told the sales rep didn't know, only that Enterprise wouldn't sell a car unless it was in top condition. That sounded good in theory, but in practice, they ran my credit, falsely advertised a vehicle, and then pulled a bait-and-switch. Even now, they're trying to rewrite the facts. I submitted my evidence--including communication, screenshots, and witness testimony--to the state. But Enterprise continues to dodge accountability by giving misleading responses and falsifying their version of events. I've tried to get legal help, but it's been difficult to find an attorney to take on what is clearly a case of consumer fraud and misrepresentation. I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with the unprofessional and disrespectful experience my husband had at Enterprise Car Sales. Prior to arriving at the dealership, a female representative communicated to him over the phone that he could bring in $2,900 to move forward with the vehicle purchase. However, when he arrived with the exact amount discussed, the terms were suddenly changed without clear explanation. This was extremely frustrating and misleading. To make matters worse, the representative left my husband waiting while she assisted another customer and never returned to properly finish their conversation. That lack of courtesy and professionalism is unacceptable. She also failed to disclose important details over the phone, such as what the monthly payments would be, yet instructed him to go ahead and put insurance on the vehicle. She even provided the VIN number for a vehicle he had not purchased and encouraged him to add insurance coverage before any paperwork was finalized. When he arrived expecting to complete the process, the staff was dismissive, nonchalant, and disrespectful. In the end, my husband did not even leave with a vehicle, only frustration and disappointment. Hello, my name is Kimberly Montgomery I purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-30 on May 7, 2025, at the Enterprise Car Sales in Shreveport, LA. My experience started off very well I worked with Gerrand Johnson he handled everything so fast the buying process was smooth. Well on the date that I purchased my vehicle I notified him of a stain on my backseat and a missing cover under the steering wheel that covers the fuses. When the guy took my car to clean it up, he was supposed to get that stain, but he didn't, and I was told that the cover for the fuse he would try to order it or if he could take one off another Mazda. We set a date of May 21st to get the stain removed from my car, but I had to cancel due to my father have to meet with a heart surgeon that day. Well on May 22nd I had to reach out to Mr. Johnson my car would not crank he was able to get a replacement battery put in my car that same day. On May 31st he was able to get me in to see if the stain could be removed from my seat and that same day I asked about the missing part for my car and was told that it had not came in yet. He told me to follow up with him if the stain wasn't completely out, so I sent him pictures on June 2nd showing the stain still there. He called and asked could I come in right then that the guy was there who could remove the stain. I advised him that I was not able to just leave work I needed to be able to put in a leave request. After this I was not able to get in contact with Mr. Johnson anymore he would not return calls, emails, or text. I finally reached out to a friend of a friend what as able to get in touch with Jalen one of the managers. Now, he told me that he had been trying to get in contact with me, but I had no missed calls, voicemails, text, or emails showing any attempt to contact me. But after finally getting in contact with him we scheduled for me to come in on June 16th to get the stain removed from my car. On that same date I asked again about the missing part to my car and was told that it was ordered. I gave it 30 days before I reached back out so I called on July 17th I was placed on hold till the phone hung up. I gave it some time and called again on August 1st left a message for Jalen to call me back about the part still no call back. If they are not able to get the part, it would be good if someone could contact me. If they do not wish to deal with me the part can be mailed to my home, and I can put it on. I have a warranty for a year with you all and if I can't get this taken care of who would take care of any potential serious issue I might have. read more

Leah guarantee rental at this location also online .3:25 Bri called stating they could not locate me anything. Pick up was at 3:30 going to family wedding 7 passengers. Taking grandparn s .Leaving after pick up . Conner called stated he look couldn't find anything. Explained leaving for family wedding and was upset . His words exactly were he looked and couldn't do anything and he didn't want to help me cause I was upset and I need to take a breath and I'm not going to help you. Called 1800 number was told info would be es escalated to management and they would find me a rental . Never heard from them made several attempts. Had to make different arrangements , left 3 hours late with 80 year grandparents. Found out that location on tx street had one and no one had called her asking about it. Neither Conner or management. Conner also stated he would let me have a huge 15 van but it cost more and was rented for next day but he would let me have instead of other renter. My brother flewn to weddin location had car rent for his family, same company. Didnt have his reserved rental but had another one and charged him twice the amount. This apparently is issue with this company after talking to multiple family members. Do not use them especially Shreveport location with Conner and jaylen terrible customer service, don't do anything to help , no call backs , absolutely nothing . I reserved a car almost 3 weeks in advance with a credit card hold for 2 days and when i make it to the office they said my appointment the computer gave at 3 was given away because i was 30 mins late, online it said I needed 2 bills and I brought themand he said it was not 2 utility bills. This is the second time I had problems with enterprise and said I wasnt coming back and 'Rodney' said he hears that alot and they still do ok.
