One morning it is dead as can be. I checked the date code and it was less than a year old. I went in there (probably with a little attitude) and Steve explained whoever put that battery in put in the wrong size for the car. He said if I paid the difference between the battery I had and the correct one for the car ($29 buck!) he'd swap them out. The second was when I was having battery problems with my Mustang. It had a battery in it from Pep Boys. I went into Montclair Pep Boys and manager Mark (a-hole) told me it wasn't the battery, I was having some kind of electrical issue with the car and he would have to charge me $90 an hour for his electrical specialist to figure it out. Wanting a second opinion I drove around the corner to Interstate and Steve put the battery on the tester and immediately showed the battery was not putting out the amps it should be. Gave me the paper printout and went to Pep Boys who immediately put a new battery in my car. Steve wasn't even making a sale and helped me out.

When I was there, the owner, Kay Choi, was illegally printing postage stamps off of stamps.com to ship customers products. We were eventually caught by the postal inspectors and I was interrogated about it. They also reuse battery cells from previous customers orders. They will charge your credit card immediately upon order regardless if they have the battery in stock or not. They use fake postage to ship your products while charging you for shipping. They open your laptop and segway batteries using a razor and screw driver, then crazy glue it back together when finished! You cannot get a refund with them and what they do is they do not refund and then wait for you to do a charge back with the credit card company which they then dispute. I worked their as the GM for 2 years. This is a very illegal operation. Only about 50% of the orders are completed and the rest do not get their order or their order is using old battery cells so it will work for a little and then die out. I am warning you about this company. Please check reviews on http://www.resellerratings.com/ before purchasing here. They used to be called batteryrefill.com but because of all the bad reviews have changed their name to batteryrebuild.com Thank you.
