Support these locally owned shops. These guys are great, been around for a long time. I got some work done on my 250. Turned out amazing, super easy process. I didn't have to worry about the parts not being right or not fitting correctly. They took care of everything for an amazing price. But the customer service is where they excel. And if i ever have a problem with my stuff i can just call them and they will handle it. The peace of mind of having them there is well worth it. Don't try and save $75 on Amazon ordering parts only to find out they're wrong or trash. read more

Can't say enough about this shop. Whenever I walk in, I feel like I'm at the best aftermarket toy shop. They have everything you need. If they don't have it, they can get it quickly. Steven and Junior were very helpful and were honest with me when choosing the right parts for my lift. They didn't try to push me into buying some outrageous brand name. Chip, who worked on my truck, did an amazing job. Their work is impeccable. Alignment was done in house as well. They have all the cool shit that you will find on all the popular trucks you see on Instagram or on your ticktoc bullshit. If you need something powder coated, the shop is next door to do that too. Took my brand new F-250 platinum truck in to get air bags and a train horn installed. They had the truck for 2 days and man it came out great. They even fixed a problem I had with my traction bars that a different shop installed less then a week ago for free. JR gave me his cell and has taken care of any issue Ive had instantly!! This place is a horrible place of business took my gmc Denali to get the amp research steps installed and these dumb guys can't even get them to function works on all the doors minus the driver door how can you let work go like that. Door panels were not put back on correctly spoke to the owner about it and started yelling at me and said he did not touch the door panel but you can stick your finger behind the door panel and pull it off would not recommend this place to anyone charged me 300 dollars to not even do the job correctly. I made an appointment to drop off my truck and get a tonneau cover installed and I was placed on the appointment list, was told to drop it off at 9am and it would be done around 6pm. I agreed since I took the day off from work to get this done. I didn't hear anything all day until 545 pm when Frank called me and told me that they didn't get to install the part on my truck. He asked me to leave it and pick up the next day because they didn't touch my truck at all that day. I drove an hour away to go to this shop and lost a day of work and they just didn't care. In the morning while dropping off the truck their staff including what appeared to be the owner were fighting arguing very loud in the office regarding a car or cars they had to work on, bottom line very unprofessional and would never go there again. Frank is a good dude and I don't think this was what he intended to happen but still, horrible place to give them my money, go elsewhere they don't appreciate clients there. They're very busy (that's generally a good sign), so don't expect them to be able to rush to your project. Plan ahead. After waiting six years, I bought a much wanted snorkel for my FJ Cruiser. Then came the decision whether to install myself or have it done. Scared to drill holes in my fender, I started hunting for a place to install it. I stumbled (or rather my husband did) Accessory House. There pricing was fair and they could do it on a Saturday. The snorkel looks great and they did such a good job that I took my FJ back for new rims and spot lights. First off if I could rate this business with 0 stars I would. We had the worst experience with the owner and his son Junior. My fiancé bought a truck recently that was lowered by a previous owner and we needed to get it lifted to be able to actually use a truck for its typical purpose without heavy weight causing to rub on the tires. We took it here to get a quote and they gave us a list of parts that we needed to order from Toyota in order to do the lift. We did that a couple weeks later got an appointment for them to do the lift dropped off the truck at opening time 9am and was told they would call us once it was ready my fiancé got a call a couple hours later saying they may not be able to do the lift because they didn't have all the right parts for the back to be lifted but they would call back to let him know. He waited for a call and finally got a call back around 5:30 saying the truck was ready to be picked up but they were only able to lift the front and not the back. My problem with this is that they never called us back before continuing with the work to approve that we wanted them to only lift the front but not the back. They just took it upon themselves to make the decision for us. This situation shows they care about money first and not putting the customer first. Also this day when we picked up the truck we needed to know what parts we needed for the back lift and when my fiancé asked Junior for this information he acted like he was in such a rush to leave and get us out of the shop he was rushing when explaining what we needed. My fiancé asked him to write it down for us and he just acted annoyed that we didn't know what he was talking about. The next day we went to Toyota to order the additional parts that we needed and it took a couple of weeks for those parts to come in. Then we booked another appointment to finish the back lift and junior told us that we would only need to pay an additional $80 for labor for them to do the back lift which was fine I could understand that. But once they went to go and work on the truck this time they were the wrong parts again. So they went on to a site and told us specifically what part we needed and for us to order it. So we went to Toyota to return the parts we bought and ordered the $60 part that apparently we needed. Then we got the part that we ordered online a couple days later and they didn't have an appointment available for us until a week and a half later even though they said they would get us in right away for all the previous inconveniences. So finally yesterday 4/26 we took it to get the back lift done we dropped it off at 9am and was told they would call when it's ready and never got a call we showed up minutes before closing just for the owner to tell us that the guy that was set to work on it called in sick and our truck sat there all day and never got worked on and never got a phone call. The owner was expecting us to leave the truck there over night. So we did and had to change my whole schedule around the next day to be able to take my fiancé to work at 4am the next morning since now we would only have 1 car and we both work. He told my fiancé he would call first thing 4/27 to let us know if the guy would be working on the truck or not. As always we never got a call so my fiancé finally called around 11 am to see what the status was of the truck and it was finally being worked on. My fiancé went to go pick it up today and the owner told my fiancé the total was $250 for the back lift and we were confused because last we were told was going to be $80 and never got a call earlier in the day to let us know that the price was going to be more than what was originally told to us. Then the owner continued to tell my fiancé that we didn't have the right parts for them to do the lift like it was our responsibility and our fault that we didn't have the right parts for them to do their work. My fiancé responded to him with well we ordered whatever parts Junior told us that we needed. Then the owner really had no explanation for my fiancé's response. And not once did we ever get an apology for any of the inconveniences that we had working with them. The happiest part of this whole experience is that it is finally over and we never have to deal with anyone at the accessory house ever again. I would never recommend this place to anyone just seems like their all about money and their customer service sucks. read more

I went in and met with Jr! He gave me pricing on Fox shocks and a air leveling kit, he said that they would have the parts in a couple days. I left a deposit and waited never heard from him! I called and they only had the front and rear shocks so I took my truck down and had them installed. They broke off the axel breather tube and did not tell me, when out our boat in the water my rear dif was filled with water. That cost me $1000.00 to fix. Then after four months of not hearing from Jr I finally called and found out Jr was gone! They had my front steering stabilizer for some time and never communicated with me! I am done with them I will go else where to get my air ride installed! I had three of my buddies waiting to hear how my experience was so they could their trucks in. They kept me informed with the vehicle status, and took the time to go expertly through the details of the products I brought even though I didn't purchase from them. That same day Steve fit me in to install black bow ties and the rest is history. The staff there is friendly and they genuinely want to save you money.
