I came in right when the store opened to get a check up for my car. It had many same-day appointments available, and I booked one just in case. The staff were welcoming and provided concise info. The waiting room was spacious, had a TV, and provided complimentary coffee. Was told it would take 30 minutes but ended up taking 1 hour for the check up to be completed. I got my tires here in 2021, and they held up well. However I later learned they installed tires that were made in 2017. Selections are more limited, but they have some reasonable prices depending on what you're looking for. Just make sure the tires are newly made. read more

I immediately raised this concern with the staff at the location, but they appeared indifferent and did not offer any assistance or resolution. Following this, I contacted your corporate office to report the damage and seek a remedy. Regrettably, my claim was denied without a thorough investigation or satisfactory explanation. This situation is quite disappointing, as I expected better customer service and care for my vehicle. We purchased 4 tires on 2/18/2026 on 2/23/2026 a rear tire had lost a significant amount of air we ended up buying another replacement since road hazard wasn't purchased on 2/24/2026 the other rear tire lost air by this time we purchased elsewhere and took Just Tires back we were told they would not refund us and the issue was our rims not once did they try to resolve the issue. We paid over $800 for goods not to our satisfaction. Now we will have to take legal action because of this. We as consumers have the right return prodwe are not happy with. Not a Fan. Had an emergency with a bolt in my tire. It wasn't bad but I didn't have the time to patch it myself. I went in. The guys tossed me around because one was on break, the other it wasn't his responsibility, in not sure what all of the bickering was about but when I finally got someone to help he came out saw the bolt for 5 seconds and was like ummm no you need a new tire. 245$! Are you for real. I went down to cypress and got a brand new one for 80$. Look around AVOID this spot as much as possible. Terrible customer service, no professionalism. And immediately went for an up-sale. No Value in tires you can go to Walmart and get a better deal and get them insured. Oh worth adding he told me I could finance the tire too. When I called to get into the guys were very nice . I have dealt with nothing but rude people since I've been here . They told me it would take 1 1/2 hours and now into my forth hour . My husband came and bought a set of four tires, he left the car while it was getting fixed and requested that one of our old tires we put into the spare rim. Unfortunately, this was forgotten, and we brought our car home without a spare. Because I have three children having a spare is very important. Due to limited time, scheduling to bring the car back was tricky, finally a couple weeks later and consistent communication in between we are finally getting our spare. JEREMY!!! Horrible customer service! Don't know why the hours say open till 7pm. I pulled up at 605 asking if they could help me air in my tire. They earned my business for life and I will let my friends and co-workers know that from my experience today, as well as the recommendation from my long term mechanic, Just Tires, Montclair is the best! How's this for an example of honesty: I took the car in for an alignment as it had been in a minor situation that destroyed a tire, cracked a hubcap and pulled to the left. The shop called a few hours later to let me know that the alignment checkout out fine, all measurements in the green. They rotated and balanced the tires and all is good. It would have been very easy for them to charge for the alignment but they didn't. Alas, finding an honest business shouldn't be such an exciting event but it seems to be rare these days. I'm really disappointed with how downhill this location's customer service and quality has become since Vince retired. The last 2 time I went to this specific location they ripped me off. When I went to get my tire hopefully repaired they ended up replacing it but tell me why when I only asked them to look at the tires; why are they looking at my engine? Also, why is it that I get a whole new engine before this service and after this service was performed, my engine's cover is cracked? Still, I then go to this location to get new tires and an alignment done to ensure that I'm safe because I needed to handle a bunch of events at work for 2 weeks and I live 2 hours round trip from my job. Literally after the 2 weeks of events/having this service done, alignment was off the night that my car was totalled. I'm still paying for the tires & 3 year alignment that Ricky charged me $240 for and should have given me $30 off at least but only gave me a "deal" of $9 off because I misquoted him over the phone (so was trying charge me about $250 for this service! Used to be $180). Overall, Ricky and Ed are nightmares; totally took advantage of me in my time of need. Now that I do have a new car, I will be either taking this car to another location or I'm going to a whole new company. I will NEVER go to this location again. Your location not only just lost a loyal customer but potentially for the company as a whole. I hope treating me this way was worth it. I have had 4 total cars in about the last 8 plus years that they have worked on for me. I do all of my tires and brakes here. I drive a lot of miles so I also do most of my oil changes here as well. They seem to take care of me well as a repeat customer. I like that they are open on Sundays as well. I had an emergency on a Sunday is why I started going here as nothing else is open Sundays. These guys are pretty shady. I expect some attempts to "upsell," but had problems after they replaced my four tires. Before I came in, the tire pressure would display on my dashboard for all of my tires. But the display just read "---" for all 4 after I got them replaced, and this didn't resolve even after giving it a week to recalibrate or something. I came back months later for my free tire rotation (they wanted me to wait 3 hours...I guess that's why it was advertised as "free"), and then later in the day, I got a flat tire. When I came back here, I asked them to also check the sensors. After a long wait, they came into the waiting room and said that the flat tire is fine now (no leak) and there isn't anything wrong with the sensors. I expressed disbelief, so they offered to replace the sensor in the flat tire and charge me $100 only if it worked (and $0 if the 4 sensors still didn't display). I said okay, but then was discussing with another guy in the waiting room and started to suspect something was wrong. The best theory we could come up with is that some rookie replaced my 4 tires and messed up the sensors, and now they were trying to cover up for their mistake (and charge me $100 when they fixed it on this visit!) So I asked to talk to a manager, who of course wasn't there. I've tried to come back a few times since, but apparently the manager is only there in the mornings and, because of my work schedule, I can only come in the afternoons. So I guess I'm stuck with 4 tire sensors that don't work until I'm willing to shell out the money to have some other tire business take a look (or worse, replace all four sensors because Just Tires broke them). read more

Made an appointment for 5pm, arrived early at 4:45, it is now 7:15 and I am still waiting for my alignment to be finished. Multiple cars already came and left leaving my car last. Do NOT pay for the 3 year alignment program, America Tires provides alignments and tire rotations for free. I paid 310 to wait indefinitely at the place. Just dont bother.
