The 3 stars is only based on interactions I've had with one of their employees who was really rude Raul. I'm not sure what is wrong with him but he has an attitude and I used to love coming here other employees are cool helpful and knowledgeable but this guys is just a bad seed. I just want to buy parts not sure why it's so difficult to help and be kind when you work with customers. I feel bad for young people like this who just seem to be broken. I want to leave a very good review on here for Napa and a sales representative Josh! I am having a long crazy weekend with a bunch of challenges coming to me, but Josh made the weekend better for me. I had a hard time finding a battery for my SUV. 3 other auto part stores didn't carry one I needed but Napa Auto did. I didn't have access to any tools and Josh really helped me. My husband went into the store on central Monday November 30th. Not one person said Hi or asked if he needed help. A customer was at the counter with no mask and a person behind the counter working had no mask. I came into this location earlier this week. It was the middle of the day and there was one girl working the counter, by herself. She was doing her best to help customers and answer phones. she paged others for phone calls which led me to believe there were other people working but in the 10 minutes I was there, all I saw was delivery drivers, which she directed out in between customers. She kept the line of customers in a cool temperament with a joke here and there, and she wasn't bad on the eyes if you know what i mean, but definitely need more people. Not sure only one person should be handling the "middle of the day" volume that was there, but she was handling it like pro. I'll be coming back here, but hopefully there won't be such a long line again. read more

I went to this location to buy a couple of parts for my Vehicle. There was a gentleman who was at the counter and as I was about to check out, I asked for a part since I went in to buy antifreeze that was over the counter. After I got to the register I asked if he could look up an item for me. He was not friendly at all. The surprise came in when I asked for the part and asked if I could see it to compare since he had two and I wanted to see if the least expensive was or looked of better quality or cheaper. He responded to me by saying that he can take them out but he did not feel like it because that meant he would have to take them back to the back! I was surprised at this because it was an air filter how much can it weigh?? Really this guy just made me laugh as I did not want to get upset. Shouldn't they try and sell as much as possible??? I don't have anything nice to say about this place so I'll keep this short. Poor customer service. Some of the worst I've ever encountered. I went in to get a few things for my car, and as a woman I don't know very much about car parts, I just went off what my husband told me to get. So I asked to see the alternator as my husband had sent me a picture to compare and make sure it was the right one. The guy behind the counter said I'm sure it's the right one, you don't need to see it.Um, excuse me but if I ask for something, shouldn't you do it for your customer? Well, thanks to that guy, I went to star auto parts around the corner and got my alternator. These young guys are so arrogant and cocky it drives me nuts. He obviously thought he knew everything.I've been there before and received great service from cesaer (he's been there a while) and that's why I went there again but now, unless I get to talk to cesaer I won't be back I'll just walk out if I see that guy again. Can't remember his name though but he's younger and wears glasses. Hope this review helps because I've worked in customer service oriented jobs before, and helping the customer and making sure they're satisfied is very important and this guy definately doesn't know what he's doing, and to think he was the manager!
