To be honest, I called a competing business that I had preferred as my father always urged me to go there for quick car parts/tools. I had the worst experience during that phone call during my search for a headlight. Thankfully, on the way to this specific business, I had to pass this Autozone store. When I walked in, I saw two men at the counter who greeted me quickly with smiles. I began to ask what I was looking for but before I knew it, I was crying. I was so upset and shaken from the terrible phone call I had that I immediately expressed emotions without realizing. I quickly explained to the two men what had happened and that nothing they had done caused me to be upset. Before I realized it, they were quickly apologizing for my terrible encounter and explaining that they would have never treated me or anyone else that way. They moved quickly to help. Bryce B.- not only did he go out of his way to come check out my vehicle to make sure he was getting me the right headlights, he walked me back inside to educate me on selecting the best light for me and even expressed which he would like his wife, girlfriend, mother, or anyone near to him, the light he'd like for them to have on their cars. He even went the extra mile to ask if I drove at certain time or in certain areas to make sure I really had the best. After checking out, he walked me back outside to replace one headlight and then took the time to show me how to do the other so that I would never be in a situation that I wouldn't be able to do it on my own if needed. I truly can't express enough how thankful I am that I lucked out on stopping at this location. And that I was treated with the utmost kindness, patience and respect. Needless to say, I told my dad about what happened and he said we may need to make that store our top choice from here on out. And you know what- because of Bryce, I'll be sure to be back!

I went with Bob howard as they had a better Corolla for a better price, just not my colour. Fowler wouldn't price match or work close to the offer from Howard. so I went with the off color with more features.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change this morning, noticed oil spots under my vehicle on three…read moreseparate occasions during the remainder of the day. For this reason, I don't suspect it was any spillage and is an actual leak given they said they replaced my plug and plug gasket. After jacking up the car to look at it, I suspect the oil filter is not tight enough. When trying to contact the location I went to, the automated system says to contact the store directly, but the number listed for the store is the automated system. When you go through some prompts, the automated system says it will try to connect you to someone who can help, but then hangs up immediately. When trying to contact another location to at least report the issue and see what needs to be done, the automated system transfers you to presumably the store line but nobody answers. I have been trying to contact 2 locations, both an hour or more before they close. Like other customers have stated, the additional fee of $4.99 was not mentioned to me either. Don't advertise a price, and charge me additional without communication! After taking off today, it is very frustrating that I am going to have to call in late to work tomorrow to have it looked at and confirmed it is just a loose oil filter. Rating update pending how the situation is addressed when I take it back.

Long story, short: A friend gave me a set of steps for my truck, because when he got them they had…read moreno hardware and he's too lazy to mess with it. I went to 4 Wheel Parts in Moore to see if there was even a slight chance that they could get me what I needed. It took the first dude about 15 seconds to find and order exactly what I needed from their distributor. He called me a couple of days later to let me know that I was good to go. I get the the brackets home and there is no hardware anywhere (not 4WP fault, it shipped straight from the manufacturer) so I called them up and let them know. Dude on the phone was like "We got you, bro" and just ordered another set, just like that. He called me 20 hours later to let me know they'd arrived. I go in this morning to grab the new box and the guy (different) says "Hey, let's save you a minute and make sure that you're getting what you need." He busts open the new box and, lo and behold, no hardware! (Again, this is from the manufacturer!) I was obviously disappointed, because I'd just paid $180 for these brackets, and I wasn't going to cry over $15 in hardware especially because it wasn't these folks' fault, but old boy wasn't having it. He read through the parts manifest in the box, went out to their shop and literally brought back, piece for piece, all of the hardware that was missing from the shipments and put it in my box. 4WP isn't the low cost leader by any stretch, but this kind of service is absolutely the reason that I'll use them just about any chance I get. They're just stupid smart when it comes to this stuff, they're friendly, and I promise you this dude didn't get paid extra to make sure I left feeling good about our transaction, but he sure as heII went out of his way, working on a Saturday, to make sure that I was able to complete my tasks without anymore setbacks.
