She hooked me up with a Duralast gold battery ,wiper blades ,washer fluid ,towels and hand cleaner along with a bottle of seafoam. I Was very impressed with the customer service and the efficiency of the staff. Very clean store ,everyone was helpful and very well stocked. This will definitely be my location of choice when I'm in Southhaven. Kudos to AutoZone and their staff. Much better than O'Reilly's or Napa. You can't beat the pricing or the warranties.

I came here first to be told they only had one blade that I needed. This was the only place where someone knew what I was talking about the in the first place and so I came here after two refunds from who, I won't name, but the initials are AZ. It's a really long story, but once again, the people don't care enough to listen to me and not sell me the wrong thing after I tell them it's going to be the wrong thing if they just "look it up". They just insist I'm an idiot, so at this point I can't wait to prove them wrong when they present their "expert opinion" and we walk out to my car just for them to look like a complete Jackass. His excuse was there were 15 option of blades for my car. Bullshit, there aren't even 15 types of the same 28" wiper blade. There were a couple of what looked like upper management there when I arrived but they chose to all but ignore me when I walked in. They looked me in the eye and walked away. I'm calling you out now upper manager. Brownish hair, 5'10" ish. obviously in charge. 8-28-17 at 16:50. Medium stocky build. Looked at me and immediately walked to the back. He then came out and grabbed a box of jumper cables and walked right out with it while I was waiting. The female manager at the front when I walked in was busy laughing and making fun of some guy she was watching in the parking lot who wanted to buy hub caps but couldn't pry his off. If you read this, you know who you are. You should be ashamed. I'll point them both out if you need me to. I was left standing there waiting on the guy who was outside testing another customers battery. 5-8 minutes later he is finished and arrives to help me. He comes in and doesn't listen to what I have to say and sells me the wrong blade. $53.48 for the pair. We go outside and guess what??? THEY DON'T FIT! He goes inside and I follow, he says they don't have what I need. He tells me to go to Southaven, they have some. Yea right. I then have to give him my phone number and full name or he won't give me a refund. I ask why and he tells me that uppers may call me to verify that I actually got a refund. Let someone actually call me about this..... I swear. He said in Memphis they call everyone to make sure they (the employees) aren't stealing from the register. Really? Seriously? I've tried to buy wipers 4 times now. It's getting really old not being able to clear my windshield of precipitation. I will not ever return to an Advance Auto parts due to the lack of respect I dealt with. I will now just go to the dealership, they are only half imbeciles there at least. The last straw here was when I walked out and realized he didn't reassemble the original blade and just left it on my hood. I'm done. Sorry for the length. Ugh

The parts associate was very knowledgeable and patient as I looked at motorcycles and ATVs. He showed me several ATV accessories and knew what he was talking about and whether they would fit my Honda or not. Mr. Doug has been in the automotive scene for many years and know how to treat his customers. This particular issue my AC Unit was not getting any colder that 59 degrees. At the start of summer season it usually means you have lost a little Freon. I purchased the 134A in a can with the built in gauge. It also has stop leak in it. When I hooked the can up to my truck and turned on the AC the gauge showed to be in the red. I added Freon until I was back in the green. The Ac Unit is cooling now as low as 20 degrees! Just be careful if you decide to DIY follow the instructions and don't overcharge your system. This can create a leak in itself. I highly recommend these guys for your automotive needs!

So, my daily drive car is a Tesla. My normal repair shop pissed me off when I had a flat, as he laughed at me and told me he doesn't work on Tesla's. I don't dig franchise repair shops, but this one is brilliantly executed. I woke up and got ready for work last week, went outside got in my car and got an alert of low tire pressure, 2 PSI. Called up the shop and confirmed the do work on Tesla vehicles. I told them what was going on and I would be there soon. They said "cool".... I filled the tire with air and it held, so I drove to the shop. Arrived, was greeted in the parking lot and got set up in the system. My total wait was like 37 minutes, roughly, LOL. Dude brought me my car and was like "here you go".... I said "I need to pay you, bruh". He says "we don't charge to repair the tire if we can just fix it". What?!?!?!?
