Since I was on line I saw how rude she was with the other customers. When it was my turn, I requested 2 spark plugs for my vehicle, she said; we have some for $7,11, 14 and 18. I asked what's the difference besides the price, and she answered; It's your car, you should know. Long story short, she brought the spark plugs and put them in a bag and charged me for 4 spark plugs instead of 2. I complained about the overcharge ($63) she took 2 pieces out of the box and almost throw me the bag after I paid for what I ordered. I will go to another Autozone store next time.

The employees here are generally amiable and can actually be helpful. Sometimes, but not reliably, they have the correct equipment to perform their advertised "free testing". The lines at the cash registers can get pretty long if the store is understaffed, though. However, I'll only purchase fluids and similar supplies, but never any actual vehicle parts. (For instance, Costco sells very economically-competitive windshield wiper blades). Hard experience has shown me that AutoZone sells quite inferior car parts that will have to be replaced far sooner than is reasonably expected.
