I'm 75 and not a mechanic, so when I called Richard in the morning he said he would send his best battery guy (Paul) to my house to make sure that everything was plugged in correctly and get my golf cart running. First of all, who does that?! Paul came out to my house reworked the hookup, replaced wire caps and got a perfect charge for my battery. I was off playing with my golf cart immediately. I can't return the damn battery. A two week return policy for CAR batteries is absolutely ludicrous. The battery didn't even die within those two weeks. Chucklehead in the store says I can warranty it directly with Duracell and possibly get a new one, but what the heck would I do with it? I already had to get a new one on my own dime. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

First off in most cases they use Deka Batteries - a PA company that is known for QUALITY ! And yes made in USA ! Lyons PA. Again great family people, positive attitudes, and fair prices.
