Technology was exceeding the ability for my older iPhone processor and battery to keep up and what I really needed to do was upgrade my phone. They are independent Former honda acura dealership mechanics and have been in business 12+ years. They ran a test on my battery using INTERSTATE'S OWN EQUIPMENT. the results came back that the battery was failing but the charging system works perfectly fine. I dont know what interstates business prides itself on but it sure isnt selling a good quality product or good customer service, their business practices are far too close to being fraudulent.
