The workers were a great help for my coolant issues after having a replacement to my radiator and engine. Dell especially helped me pinpoint the problem and install a new hose and resoivor cap with a clamp. Great customer service! read more

I was blissfully unaware some businesses still operate out of the stone age. They don't accept returns - even on unopened products purchased 24 hours prior - unless you have a phone number on record with them or a receipt. They don't even accept the card you used to purchase the items, like every other business on the planet. Ridiculous. read more

A t-connection broke on a radiator line and I had stopped at this location. Jamie not only took the time to search diligently for the part but when he couldn't find it he assembled a new set of hoses with a connector he did have and then he put it on my car. I was not expecting that type of service and I was truly impressed and am grateful for his help to get me back on the road and home to my family. Im late posting this review! I went here a couple months ago to replace a fuse in my suv. They gladly came out to help. The young man was very kind and did his best. Unfortunately a piece was broken in the process. The manager came out and immediately sent me to get the problem repaired. Both the manager ( Erick I believe) and all employees I delt with were professional and eager to resolve any issues. I definetly would recommend this business. I was made to feel secure that even when mistakes happen they will gladly not only resolve the issue at hand. But do it in a courteous, kind professional way. read more

This is the second time I've been to this location and I will definitely be back. I was greeted at the door as I entered and asked if I needed help right away, even though there were several other people in the store as well. As I was looking for windshield wiper blades, an associate came over to help me out. I asked if there was someone available to help me put them on since I really didn't know how. Willie, the sales associate, walked me out and put them and put them on my car. He was great and has such a pleasant attitude. I appreciate that in customer service. Texas heat came blasting one day and my mom and I had to turn the A/C up higher than we've had to in a while and we instantly panicked that the A/C wasn't working right and it is about to be summer in Texas. I had seen someone a few years ago attach a can of something to their car and instantly "fix" their A/C, so we stopped. Two ladies who know nothing about cards walk into the auto parts store... haha There was a very kind and very helpful man who came out from behind the counter, showed us the 2 options of these cans that were right up in the front of the store. He explained the difference between the two and we chose the one he told us was easiest. He showed me how to use the QR code on it to go to their website and plug in the make and model of my vehicle, which showed exactly where on MY car the port is to hook it up to and told us there are 2 of these things but the hose will only fit on the right one. We went out into the parking lot and instantly located the thing to hook it to.... easy. We put it on and it told us that our A/C was working properly and had the right amount of refrigerant in it so we didn't need to do anything. Well that feels good... nothing's wrong... YAY! now the roadblock... we can't figure out how to take it off... hum... I go back into the store and the same guy comes out to the parking lot to help us. He checks it one more time and says yup, you're good, you don't need this. He took it off for us and even returned it for us since we didn't need it. Really great customer service all around. I would have had no problem giving them my $30 for the knowledge and comfort it gave us to find out that nothing was wrong with our A/C but now, any time we have a minor issue with any of our vehicles, I will drive from Denton into Highland Village and trust these guys to answer my questions and help me out without trying to take advantage of two ladies who know very little about cars. My battery died late at night, and I pulled in just before closing time at 10 p.m. Though he could have turned me away for arriving so late, Hunter took the time to check and replace the battery with graciousness and skill. Find another auto parts store. Every time we go to this parts store. Joel " claims to be the store manager" is very rude. This time he was very rude short and disrespectful. He should not be in the customer service business let alone the auto industry. Would not even look up my purchase history with them and I have spent quite a bite of $$$ with them considering I do my own repairs. If I could give this location zero stars I would. This so called manager should be washing dishes at some dive in downtown Lewisville. He has no automotive education nor customer service skills. Purchased a couple of replacement bulbs for my headlights today. I've been here occasionally to pick-up air filters or wiper blades, nothing major; but the employees are all helpful and friendly. Very willing to help you find a part, or order one for you (in the event its not already on their shelf). I was finally motivated to write a review today because the bulbs that I bought rang-up $9 higher than the shelf tag. Didn't notice that until I had almost walked out the door, but then I went back to the display and confirmed that I hadn't mis-read the tag. Yet another employee walked up and asked if he could help me, and I showed him that I'd just bought the bulbs and the price I'd paid, and how the display was wrong. He looked at the shelf tag, agreed that it was wrong, and promptly re-arranged the tags to the correct locations. He thanked me for pointing that out to him, and then he asked if I'd like him to refund the difference to me. Wow. I didn't think anybody did that anymore, especially without the customer speaking-up first. I took him up on his offer and I got the $9 (plus tax) refunded to me, no hassle. I'm rarely in a good mood when I'm working on my cars -- unlike some people, I'm not "into" cars, so when I'm working on them it's because something's in need of maintenance or repair, and I can't cope with spending a fortune for a mechanic. So an auto parts store with helpful people that have a good attitude makes my bad day a little brighter (headlight pun intended). read more

Went in today with a dead battery (had received a jump to get there). Tom, Eric, Alex, & Phil all helped with the battery replacement. They found that the previous battery replacement had been done incorrectly (wires & electrical tape instead of clamp) & corrected the problem. Great service & reasonable pricing. They insisted on testing my battery first to make sure that was actually the problem. Once it was confirmed to be the problem, they gave me options on replacing it and then installed the new one for me. All this took less than 30 minutes. i really like this place. I am a woman, and when I go in, they are always helpful, and respectful. They can always figure out what I am n eeding, even if I only know enough to cal it a whatchamacallit. Many times,when you are a woman, you do not get that when you go into a "mans world" sort of place. Last time I went, I went in for lawnmower stuff. I was actually looking for a gas cap for my gas can. they dont sell them. i have three capless gas cans! Anyway, the man behind the counter was so kind, he dug around and found an unused cap from something under his counter that worked great.... and gave it to me. read more

Recently I went to your store in Flower Mound TX on Justin Rd. I have been going there for a while, I am a rewards member and do a lot of work on my own cars, I went in to purchase some CV boots for my ES-300 Lexus. I was told at the store it's wiser to just change the axle. So I did, I have since been told that this is true, however once I put the two axles on my car I started getting a very bad vibration in the front end. I was told at the store that the axles never get returned, I had bought the higher end Import Direct axles. However I videoed the axles in use and determined it had to be the axle. I returned the left axle which was the worse one and got a new on, it still vibrated. Now I'm believing I damaged something in the process so I took it to a shop. Axle was changed a 3rd time and the vibration was still there only not as bad. It's worth noting that the shop always used Oriellys axles but this time didn't since 2 came from there already. It's also worth noting the shops Axles were also Chinese made, as is Oriellys. The shop informed me that it might be the transaxle. I took the car to a transmission shop and for $2300 give or take, I had the transmission overhauled and a new wheel bearing put on. I was told the transmission looked like it was new. When I drove out it was still vibrating. I finally went and got an OEM axle and the problem disappeared. I changed 2 perfectly good axles due to a boot tear and ended up spending over $2500. Since this happened I now check before I buy something at Oriellys and actually everywhere else if what I'm getting is from China, they might be cheaper in the beginning but its not after a few replacements. Oriellys did contact me with some questions a month or so ago, never heard from them again. It's a shame, I liked the place and I've spent thousands of dollars on car parts there. I would be my advice to NOT ever buy an Axle from Oriellys, I actually got an OEM rebuilt that was cheaper and doesn't vibrate at all. Or just change the boots..UPDATE: read more
