Apparently this Napa is in Tijuana! I speak Spanish well (I'm mexican) BUT not enough to describe what I need in Spanish, so I ask him in English. "Looking for a wheel lock removal socket". Dude stares at me like it's not his job to sell parts. He grunts a little and says "oh..." stares at his computer, looks at me and says "we don't have that" in broken English, doesn't even try to look up a part. I look at the other Mexican next to him "do you know what I'm talking about?" He types in stuff in the keyboard and says "oh no. We don't have that". So I say "okay, let me google the p/n for you. Look, here it is, on your Napa website. $13" He stares at my phone, types in something and says "oh, we don't have that. No one has it anymore." "So they don't make it or you have to order if?" "It's special order. 2 days" "How much?" "$23 and there is a freight charge of $18" "Why is there a freight charge? It's a freaken 1/2" drive socket. They shit can fit in my pocket" "I don't know.".... Freaken useless people, I hate when the employees act like they are doing you a favor when you walk in. If you don't like your job, quit.

Napa had the best price out of 5 auto parts places shopped. I had an oil leak and had to replace the camshaft seals, timing belt, and water pump. I ordered for pick up and it was ready in a day. The cashiers were a riot, laughing and telling jokes with me while I waited for someone to bring out my parts. Be careful though, he almost didn't give me everything. I had to double-check the parts list before I left, and the guy had forgotten one box. Overall, this was a very good experience! Time will tell to see how these aftermarket parts hold up in my car... 3 weeks later: The mechanic said the seals were trash so he replaced it with ones he had. However, I still have a small leak so it's still tbd if these parts are the problem.... Another 3 weeks later: My trusty mechanic/owner Alex from Value Auto Repair took another look and no more oil leaks!

I come back to pick up my car and one of their workers tells me i have no gas left .Which I know I had gas in the tank , then realized my dashboard cover in my vehicle was missing . I left mad telling them by dashboards cover was missing I then go to fill up gas in my vehicle then I saw the fuel gauge didn't move . I went back and told the manager when you guys put up the new used transmission you guys pinched and cut the electrical lines that go from the fuel pump the the fuel gauge on the instrument cluster . I told them those electrical lines after research go up next alongside the transmission into the engine bay and that they caused the damage . That they need their car electrician to look at it . Then they told me the electrical lines don't route up that way and took no responsebility. I called again to tell them to do what's right and they ignored me from here on out .

They stock parts for most cars, or bring your own oil and filter. They would change oil for $5 while checking the car for any broken item or problem. They have about 10 branches scattered out in Tijuana. The branch near Mr. Pampas is larger with many experienced mechanics who can do complex repairs. They can diagnose the correct causes of problems much better than Mickey Mouse shops in So Cal, which only swap lots of expensive parts without solving the real problems.
