Stopped in due to a burnt out taillight. Thankfully they had a single bulb in stock. Although it was not packaged, boxed, or labeled it was exactly what I needed! Requested assistance with installing the bulb. I was told due to liability they are unable to assist with installation. Requested assistance with removing my taillight cover. I was once again informed due to liability they are unable to assist. Requested a tool to remove the washer from the bolt holding my cover in place. Cashier appeared confused with my question. Repeated myself and provided him with the size of the washer attached to the bolt that needed to be removed. Eventually he held up a tool and asked "is this is it?". After handing it over he told me to have a nice one. I reminded him that I would be back to return his tool. To which he laughed and acknowledged. Thankfully prior to driving over I had stopped at another auto store directly across the street. Unlike this location they had taken the time to test my light, remove my cover, remove the bulb, and show me how to replace it myself. Eventually handing me the burnt out bulb and confirming they did not have one in stock. I was also provided with the name of the tool and washer size I needed to reference before I was pointed in the direction of this store. 2 stars for having the part I needed and providing a military discount. read more

Came here needing something to clean off my water spots on my car because the sprinklers go off next to my parking stall. I definitely need to make my car look new again. I drive a red 2004 Honda Accord fully loaded when I bought it. Having one issue after another with it. First the water spots and then the major scratch I got. Hubby had a $10 off coupon if you buy something regular price. Got a great deal with the spot remover because it costs $11.99 and took off $10 which came out to $2.15 with the tax. Great deal. It's a matter of seeing if it works. Won't use it until it cools off. Humidity might have a factor when using the spot remover on my car. The guys working here are friendly. If you have a question, the guys here will be able to answer your questions. They had about 4 or 5 guys working here on a Sunday afternoon. I would definitely come back for stuff for my car. They have a lot to choose from. They seem to be fully stocked with parts for your car. There's plenty of parking in front. read more

I worked with the assistant store manager which I believe his name was Javier about some battery issues on my Jeep Liberty. He was more than happy to come out and not only test my battery and alternator but jump my Jeep when it wouldn't start. This location has improved quite a bit in the last year or so. I generally can get help right away at the counter, and while they have a lot less selection than VatoZone, it's just more relaxed and helpful here. When this store first opened, I wasn't a real fan of the snotty kid that was in charge, but the newer employees are really decent and fairly knowledgeable. I find their attitude pretty much always professional (VatoZone clowns: SOME dumb Gueros like me actually speak FLUENT Spanish, and don't want to hear about all that stuff your Sancha did to you in the backseat at the drive in last night...) Overall, if I had to keep one and close one, IB O'Reilly's wins the battle hands down. PLUS easier parking and no waiting at the light on Palm, LOL. Good spot. read more

I needed to rent out a battery jumper. The O'Reillys on 3rd Ave. had low battery on their jumper, the manager at Beyer Blvd. wouldn't allow me to rent their's according to an employee. But this O'reillys on 13th St., allowed me to do so without hesitation. When I came back to return the battery jumper, I asked an employee where the store manager was, so I can thank him as I am sure he was busy while I was telling him my vehicle related story. Went in to grab some interior cleaner, was told to wait in line. Took 5 to 10 minutes for them to clear a customer. They continue to serve other customers and passover myself while in the check out line. There must be an organized line in order to help the customer which has been there the longest. Or have a clerk full time at the check out stand near the door. read more

I am not one to comet, but this place saved my life twice in one week. First was my father in laws car needed a part late night. I had to fix it because I need him on the road to pick up the grand kids from school, so I get on the phone to see if they had a part that usually is a dealer only part. A brake light stopper bushing that was in their help section. Then on Sunday I was doing an oil change on my car that requires a special tool to take out the oil filter. Well my Mac tool broke, so I called them and they had a 10 dollar version of my 60 dollar mac tool. Guess what the 10 dollar tool they sold me got the job done and did not break. I gave them five stars because the yahoos across the street never know what you need or what you are talking about. read more

Oh oh oh o'reilly auto parts, lol that's their motto right? Anyways the staff is pretty knowledgeable about there parts. Stores are always well stocked, nothing is out of place, they'll answer any or all of your questions but the only downside is they don't have power tools to loan out :-(. I was changing a water pump out and the bolt was a pain to get out manually. So I dropped what i was doing ran to oreillys. Because it was down the street. To ask if they had power tools to loan out and they said no. I also pick up teflon tape and electronically tape. But no power tools it's like wtf?! Anyways not holding that against them it is what it is. Job got don't with a few cuts and scratches. Yup that my beef for the hour lol.
