Yes, they carried what I needed, had it in stock and absolutely do the installation for an extremely fair price! Saving me almost $100 of a dealer quoted price which was basically labor. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The heat outside was oppressive, I felt for him, as the temp outside was 95* and they bring a cart out to the parking lot and change out the batteries. I imagine not having an indoor bay probably keeps the overhead down and passes a great savings on to the consumer. The staff of three were all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It was suggested I get a new battery for the key fob too....good idea. I'm confident my upcoming 8 hr trip will be safer. I always do surveys but this place deserved a review. Very frustrating experience. Still dealing with random glitches way more often than expected where…read moreyou have no control over the screen that I paid to repair, like can't even hang up a call or barely get your phone to restart because the screen won't detect any use or tapping happening so it's basically useless until you can kill the battery or hopefully get it to snap out of whatever faultiness it is going through. Even getting the repair done was misleading and annoying. The repair shop employee or owner was not true to his word on when it would be done, blaming the parts that were received and taking no responsibility in ordering the wrong parts. Very bad communication! I called him multiple times from my dad's phone and e-mailed, as he was supposed to keep me updated via either source and never did and only called back very late in the day like right before closing. Had me come to pick up the phone only to tell me once I arrived that he had just opened the parts received and realized he couldn't do anything. He said I would have to come back, but to try to be a big sport and make up for the inconvenience he said he would throw in a plastic screen cover. Once he was actually able to get my screen repaired, & came back begrudgingly to pick it up, he said the wrong phone screen cover arrived, again taking zero responsibility and not seeing how ridiculous he sounded. He told me I could return once again to get that once he re-ordered - had nothing in Stock. I declined, as I would never want to return to this establishment ever again! Still receiving random and kinda frequent issues with my screen functioning normally makes it all the more maddening that I put up with this process in the first place. Should've bought a new phone! Save your money for that & skip the nonsense in doing business with "I-Fix-A-Phone" because they barely do!

Took two phones there for service…read more Phone 1: iPhone screen locked with apparent Apple virus notification. Tech explained that phone was not infected but it was a phishing scheme for me to click the "Apple" link to remove virus - for a fee of course. I didn't take the bait. Tech took care of it over the counter in 30 seconds without charge. Phone 2: iPhone needed a new battery. Tech explained that reason for battery failure was the charging case. He showed us the damaged battery when we picked up the phone and explained how to properly use the charging case to avoid future battery damage. Both iPhones: wanted them to add VPN to both phones. He told us they don't provide that service, but gave us a trustworthy web site to find a what we wanted. Polite, knowledgeable and took time to fully explain every issue. 100% satisfied.
