From the moment we walked in, Jesse (chuy) made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared about finding the right car for us. He was patient, funny, and very personable, making the process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond to ensure we got a great deal and clearly knew his stuff about the cars and financing options. Thank you, Jesse for making our car buying experience so positive. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and genuine sales professional!

(NON) SERVICE DEPARTMENT or UnService Department

Stopped by the non-service department today. Was going to ask for assistance understanding how to reset the pressure sensor option on my F250 Super Duty. I asked the service manager as he was standing next to me. " Can I have 30 seconds of time from one of your tech's?. " Right away, I heard the words.. "I Can't" pull one of my techs. I was aware of where this conversation was going to go all ready..... Long story short, he left my side and then came back into my vehicle as if he knew what was happening. His first comment was..." DID YOU YOUTUBE IT?" I drove up with the new sensor installed and the tool to reset it (TMPS RELEARN TOOL). i just needed some assistance. Just show me or let me know what I'm doing wrong. At the end of the day. he did not know what he was looking at and said he asked the tech how to do it. No surprise, he stated. (" I've never seen one of these before."). He offered(???) To make me an appointment for the next morning and have them take a look at it. "Oh, that will be $120.00." I stated.. "I did not spend all the money on this truck for them to charge me $120.00 on some help. I spent another 30 min in the parking lot attempting to understand and kept challenging myself to understand . no luck. ONCE YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP, THIS IS THE WAY YOU ARE TREATED. One thing/comment you never want to hear from someone who is being PAID to ASSIST/HELP customers. I CAN'T." In my mind, I only hear "I WON'T. " I am saddened to what times "work ethic" we have come to. Has anyone run across a similar experience resembling this hear? My first job at 14 years after school was at a gas station. My first interaction started with "Yes Sir, Yes Mam." Going above and beyond in the hope of someone walking away thinking that they had a good experience with me. Have a blessed day! Dan

Terrible customer service. It's like dealing with feeding sharks. Not very honest, especially the sales manager. I should have known better!

We made the deal and even rang the stupid bell! Only for them to come back and raise the amount of our monthly payment! That was dishonorable and unprofessional! Not to mention another employee came in with a puppy that obviously suffering from a very serious and contagious disease called the Parvovirus. One of the employees who was a supposed manager said just kill or leave the puppy on the side of the road. This is a very inhumane way of treating animals. Not only should he be questioned about his behavior but fired for his unprofessionalism! Needless to say I went to San Jose and bought my wife a 4Runner there. Today I tried having a conversation with Sandra an employee that deals with banks and gap insurance refunds about a gap refund that was owed to us and she was very rude in her mannerism and she very rudely repeated the same thing many times as if she were scolding her own children. Then she began to rush the conversation with as if she did not want to talk to me anymore. I will never recommend this place to anyone as they are rude, unprofessional, and dishonest! These guys need too to a class in ethics as they lack any!

In response to my very negative review about that experience, the dealership escalated their response up the chain, at first trying to justify what I experienced, but ultimately offering a seemingly sincere apology, promising the dealership would make sure their staff did not behave in this way going forward, refunding the upsold work, and offering a free future service. So while my initial experience was very negative, I was happy with the final resolution, and the most senior person who engaged me in the end really listened and said all the right things in response to my concerns. In summary, while my initial experience was very negative, I was impressed by the dealership's ultimate response, and maybe most impressed by the time they took to really listen to my concerns and seemingly take them seriously. How to rate this overall experience is a bit challenging, but I'm going to focus on the positive resolution rather than the challenging experience beforehand.

My car had about 80K miles, and since they are supposed to be the experts, I agreed. I paid nearly $600 for the service. Right after I took the car home, I noticed the RPMs were unstable on the freeway. I brought it back, and they told me the transmission was showing metal shavings--an issue I never had prior to the flush. They claim it was a coincidence and not related to the service, saying the transmission must have been "faulty." If they knew certain models or years had known transmission problems, why recommend a flush at all? Now they refuse to accept responsibility for the damage. It is not fair that I am now expected to pay almost $5,000 for a transmission replacement caused after they worked on it. Service advisors should be properly trained on what services are appropriate and not simply suggest things to generate business. This experience has left me extremely disappointed after years of trust. Be careful going to this place.

I first reached out on Wednesday, and over the next couple of days we exchanged texts and emails about the car before making the drive there Friday morning. At no point during those conversations were we told there would be an additional $3,000 in dealer-installed add-ons added to the advertised price. Maybe it could have been mentioned somewhere along the way, but unfortunately it never was. Once we arrived, we learned the extra charges included: * $1,500 for a LoJack system we neither wanted nor needed * $1,500 for plastic door edge and door handle protection To put that into perspective, similar plastic edge and handle protection can easily be purchased online for around $50. After spending 3 hours driving there and another 3.5 hours driving back home, the experience felt very much like a bait-and-switch situation. The attractive online price got us in the door, but the actual price was thousands higher due to mandatory add-ons. To be fair, buried in the fine print was this statement: "Vehicles may be equipped with optional dealer installed equipment. Please contact dealer for final price." Unfortunately, I missed that disclaimer before making the trip. Let this be a reminder to others: always read the small fine print carefully and ask for the full out-the-door price before driving long distances to a dealership. I do want to say the sales staff themselves were polite and professional. They even bought us Starbucks coffee Friday morning, which was appreciated. This review is less about the individual salespeople trying to do their jobs and more about the dealership policies they are required to follow. Transparency upfront would have saved everyone a lot of time and frustration. Overall, a very disappointing experience and a huge waste of time.
