Immediately notice the difference in service, multiple people greeted me. I showed the guy helping me a picture of the problem, and he started asking me questions about what it connected to ( he knew his stuff , I dont lol) and he could tell I needed help so he asked me to see the problem in person. So we went out to me car. He offered to take off the bad hose and said we could replace it with a stock one. He took off the bad hose for me and asked me every step of the way if what he was doing was ok. It would have been enough if he jsut would of found the right hose for me , but he went out of his way to make an already frustrated situation into a pleasant one. Thank you!
