I bought a trailer from Fox last year and had a great experience working with the young lady at the desk on the right. I had pretty much decided to go directly to them for my next trailer, when I arrived I was assisted by the man on the left. Well, I have to say this is where my good customer service experience stopped. He just pointed med me to an area on the lot, then after 15 minutes finally come out to answer my questions, he acted as if I was a waste of his time since I was not looking at the most expensive ones.
