I had a very disappointing experience with this automotive store. I even called ahead to verify they had the battery I needed and confirmed they would install it. I live far from the store, so I made sure to check before making the trip. When I arrived, I saw one guy helping a customer and another couple waiting, so I patiently waited my turn. Eventually, another employee came from the back and the other guy was finished with customers and asked how he could help. I mentioned I had called about a battery, and he acknowledged that it must have been the other guy I spoke with. I explained that I had jumped my truck but wasn't sure if the battery was bad, and he offered to test it for me. I thanked him and mentioned that I chose their store over my usual place because they said they would install the battery. To my surprise, he then said it was a complicated battery and they couldn't install it due to staffing issues. I told him that I had specifically called and was told they would do it. We went inside to look up battery options, and during this, he answered a phone call. I asked the other guy if he was the one I spoke to on the phone, and he confirmed. When I mentioned that he had said they would install it, he asked if it was one of those complicated batteries. The guy on the phone nodded yes. I pointed out that they knew what kind of truck and battery I had before I came in, (2016 Chevy Silverado)but they still said they couldn't install it. I was frustrated and explained that I had driven a long way based on their assurance. I asked if the issue was due to not having enough staff or because the battery was complicated. I had other items to buy as well, but at this point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. The guy who checked my battery was a skinny, acne, and the other guy I spoke with on the phone was working with him that night, 6/19/2024. This was a complete waste of my time, and I won't be returning.

Mixed opinion here - I stopped in to get some windshield wipers for my daughter's car. Not close to…read moremy house, but I was in the area and always want to support local business. They have the little computer thing you look up your make and model, and it spits out the wiper that you need. Her car is one of those that has two different sizes, the two wiper blades are not the same. I grabbed them off the shelf and the guy at the counter confirmed they were the correct ones for me. Got them home, and both wipers were the wrong size. Not just one, they were both wrong and really not even close. So I drive the 20 minutes back to the store and talked to another person, who now tripled checked in their computer that these were the recommended sizes. He then did some more looking, and figured out that the NAPA computer for some reason recommended two different sizes, one of which was obviously wrong. He then got me the right ones, but I had to pay an extra couple of bucks for the right ones. Pretty irritating, since it was their error that caused me to have to drive an extra 40 minutes. I'm conflicted because the guys working were definitely trying to help and ultimately I did get what I needed. But there is no reason that it should have been such a hassle, should have been right the first time. Seemed like a corporate flaw with the computer inventory or whatever, but at the end of the day the hassle flows to the consumer at the local level.

The hitch was a perfect fit for this vehicle, and was installed in less than an hour. Moreover, the splash guard on my vehicle had to be removed in order to allow sufficient clearance for the installation of the hitch. Rather than discard the splash guard (which functions to protect the array of cameras and sensors in the vehicle's bumper), Rob trimmed back just enough of the splash guard to allow for it to be reattached. Throughout this process of installation, Rob invited me into the workshop to observe what he was doing, with detailed explanations for it all.
