They got me in the same day, identified the issue, worked quickly and ended charging me $400 less than they thought it was going to be because of finding a different part... didn't even accept a tip. Very honest. Also, they were very good about social distancing and wearing masks, which made me feel good. And, even offered to let me sleep in my self-contained RV in the parking lot. Both an employee and the manager rode with me and acknowledged that the car was pulling, but the next day they walked that back and claimed it was just following the road. The fact that he could have just told me that I needed to replace the mobile unit, at my own expense, but didn't, only reaffirms my initial satisfaction with them as a business.
