Drove across town to pick up a part needed not found at other part stores or other locations . Store has very visible signage & markings for saftey protocols . First ever seen roped off around order counter with portable credit card machines beyond the ropes to create safe space between employees & customers! Leo the manager helpful & professional tending to busy Sunday with customers & phone requests. Martin another salesman was using sign language needed for his customer . Thank you Sean for helping me with my battery issue today. I was greeted twice when I came in. I needed my battery tested because my car was lagging when I started it. I originally went to Firestone in the same plaza because that's where my last battery was from. They were slammed and wanted me to leave my car all day with them. All I wanted was to have it tested. Anyway, I came in here and Sean tested within 5 minutes I had my answer that in fact it was a bad battery. I could have saved $30 going back to Firestone but it would have been a huge inconvenience and time suck. Sean had a new battery in my car and the whole process took maybe 15 minutes? The battery also came with a two-year warranty. He was very helpful, very friendly, and I am thankful he rescued me from having to spend all day at firestone. read more

Came in as my battery purchased from O Reilly in 2022 was not holding a charge and needed constant jump starts. Martin went out of his way to help me despite being short staffed - he tested the battery and when it was found to be bad I was able to get a replacement under the warranty at no charge - hooray!! I brought my battery in to get charged, but they shaved the terminal posts down so much that it no longer fits my car. I had to fill in the gaps with tin foil (obviously not a long term fix). I don't know if this was intentional so I HAVE to buy a new battery, but its def not going to be from them. read more

I just want to say that the guys here are seriously STELLAR. Jesus helped me for over an hour trying to find different ways to replace my battery with some insane corrosion making it near impossible. Stephon (I think that was his name) helped out too and was incredibly insightful. I love that I didn't feel talked down too (this happens all the time with mechanics, you know what I mean ladies) and instead learned some new things about my car. Worst O'Reilly experience yet. My boyfriend and I came in to get a bung for his O2 sensor. This is a common part and his friend that had the sensor before specifically told him to come to this "hub" location since he had purchased them there before. The guy that "helped" us knew absolutely nothing about O2 sensors and couldn't seem to understand what we were looking for even after we showed him on our phones. He was too full of himself to ask for help from other employees, and proceeded to lead my boyfriend to the parts area to look for the part. My boyfriend kept explaining that it's a basic thing and would not be back there etc and kept asking to search on his computer or to tell him what to type in. The guy was confused as all hell and would not let us do that. Basically we just walked out and were super frustrated. Later on we looked at their website and sure enough it's on there! We went to a competitor to get the part where someone actually knew something about cars. LMAO! get your stuff together! read more
