I have a STIHL SR 200 backpack sprayer that has leaked ever since I bought it, in early 2014. This…read morespring I took it back to the dealer I bought it from in Visalia to fix the leak under warranty. I was told I didn't tighten the cap on the tank enough. It still leaked! Because I didn't want to take it back to the place I bought it (which shall remain nameless), I called the STIHL regional rep and was told I could take the sprayer to any authorized service center. Smith Auto Parts in Dinuba was close and didn't need to keep the sprayer for more than a week. Daniel, the person who diagnosed the problems (leaking not only from the cap, but from the boom when the flow valve was off, and another leak from the carburetor) was fantastic! He repaired the sprayer and it was ready in about one week, all under warranty. Thank you Smith Auto and Daniel for taking my concerns seriously and for fixing the leaks!
