I have reviewed this store once before, but it has really changed. There is an older lady who works there who isn't warm and fuzzy, but she's very helpful. But I went in today and the young man who waited on me just walked up to me and raised his chin and his eyebrows at me. He didn't bother to say hello or ask if he could help me. That annoyed me but I didn't react, I just told him I needed a gas cap. He turned around and walked away and didn't even say "I'll go see if I can find one." He came back with the item I needed and proceeded to ring me up. The only words he said to me the entire time I was there was to tell me how much I owed. I'm so tired of the horrible customer service that I receive in most places lately, that I am just going to stop going back to businesses where I am treated that way. I mostly talk to the girl there. I forget her name but next time I go in, I'll be sure to get it. I went in there to have my battery tested, as it had started giving me trouble with the get up and go. The battery itself was bad, and, after a quick search, we discovered it was still under warenty. They did not give me any trouble, just went and grabbed be a new one. I explained that I don't know how to change a car battery and asked if he could help. The young man by the name of Israel said that he would as soon as he had helped all the people in line. Once they were all helped he thanked me for my patience (it didn't really take that long) and we headed outside. He was polite, friendly, helpful, and good about allowing me to indulge my compulsive need to joke around with people. A++ for the customer service. read more

Needed a part. They advertise price matching. I find the part $20 cheaper across town and ask them to match. They say, "oh sorry, that looks like a discount price and we can't match it." These are all cheap parts with 500% markup anyway. This is yet another reminder to buy parts online. The same part is half the price at rock auto anyway. I wasn't able to give 0 stars and would have. Went into their store to purchase a wiper blade. They sold me the wrong one and after getting home I went back to the store. The store was absolutely filthy inside and outside. I've seen spotlessly clean AZ stores and this NOT one of them. As I came back into the store and saw the huge line that seemed to be at a standstill, I asked one of their employees how to remedy this? He said "get in line and when you get to the counter, I will go look at your vehicle and see which blade is correct. After waiting in like for another 15 minutes, when it was my turn, he sees me at the counter, ignores me and then says he has to go to lunch. Apparently he doesn't miss ANY of those. Now I understood why people were just walking out and not making a purchase. Zero customer service skills, poor attitude and no pride in their work at all. I walked out, went to Oreilly's. This place has the slowest and most uneducated employees, for 1 they love to put you in hold and never pick back up. 2, I've been in the store only to see the phone ring and watch one person pick it up and hang up right away. You're in the line waiting to see if the part you need is in stock, meanwhile you got two guys by the battery box talkin to each other payin no attention to the customers. Like I know you guys gotta enjoy your job, but cmon man take care of the customer first and get them on their way we have thing to do also not just sit around and wait. I purchased a 5 year warranty battery thinking it would last longer than the cheaper 2 year batteries. Boy was i wrong. The first 5 year battery didnt last but a few so i got a free replacement. The new battery lasted less than 2 years. I took it back and was told it wasnt the original battery that was under the 5 year warranty even tho it clearly said 2015 on the side. So it lasted just over a year and a half. Long story short the warranty is bs!. These batteries dont last for nothing. Junk! read more
