My vehicle was checked by them and confirmed not to be the cause of battery failure. The first one was replaced under warranty without issue however the second battery failed within 5 months and was verified inoperable by the store. O'Reilly refused to replace this battery and charged me $92 for a new battery that should have been covered by the warranty. THEIR BATTERIES ARE JUNK AND THEIR WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS in my humble opinion.

While we didn't buy anything, their showroom is beautiful and displays amazing accessories that they make onsite. There was no accountability for the mistake and I was told only one battery pulled up, only to then find out there were actually three different sizes and the guy just picked one. They then mansplained batteries to me and explained that any would work. Which yes is technically true but why would I put a smaller battery in that would slide around in the casing? I asked if I would need to have my husband come in since they were talking down to me and the guy looked shocked that I called him out on his behavior and then gaslighted me saying that he wasn't. The other worker said well there was only one battery showing up. His co worker didn't correct him and admit it was his mistake. Women beware!

The gentlemen and manager there were extremely helpful despite them closing in 10 minutes. An employee stayed in the parking lot doing his best to help me with the situation which I truly appreciate.
