There's a waiting area inside, where I hung out with my two tired huskies. They loved the cold concrete floor. Overall took 45-60 minutes, so make sure you allot enough time. The BEST GOODYEAR SERVICE EVER! We were in Denver for a family wedding and our tires were coming apart. We had a long drive to Tucson and pulled into Goodyear to see what they could do. They didnt have my tire size in stock but they said not to worry, they would have them in early in the morning. I just needed an oil change and they told me the amount it was going to be, so I left my car there and and came back after a few hours and when I went to go pay they did some extra things that I didn't ask for and they threatened to keep my car because it was already done but I didn't budget for it, so I just had to take money I didn't have for it all because they felt the need to do some extra work I didn't ask for! So thankful for these guys and for being open on Sunday when they don't have to be! Our son was in town visiting from college. While here he noticed his brakes being very spongy. The reservoir was low so we added fluid only to find it leaking in the fender well. We got it to them as soon as they opened and and a few hours later they had us back up and running. Get your brake lines inspected! We had one broken line and one more ready to go anytime. This could of been a completely different story had it happened on the mountain roads headed back to Gunnison. read more

Awesome place! I have always found this location to be very open and knowledgeable. I get a number of different services since discovering them - oil changes, tire rotations, or snow tires put on (and off). I had an issue with one of my lug nuts recently (tried to do it myself and nearly stripped it) and they fixed me right up. Personally, I prefer the thorough over the speedy, so be realistic and don't get your hopes up to be in and out in 15 min. The folks at the front are in the back a lot so don't expect someone waiting right when you walk in, but do expect a good job since they are usually in the back talking to the mechanics and communicating with customers over the phone. I have found their service to be thorough and they are always helpful. I highly recommend! read more

I got a flat driving home and it was a HUGE bolt, I went to Discount Tires , Jiffy Lube, grease monkey , and Auto Zone , they all sent me away , my tire was completely flat!!! I went to Good Year Tires on 58th and Independence, they NOT ONLY patched a huge hole, BUT THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME A PENNY!! AND they had me in and out with-in 20 minutes!!! I made an appointment online and when I showed up, they didn't have my booking. Somehow the online system didn't communicate with the local store so they had no record of it. I thought this would be a problem but no worries, they accommodated me as soon as they could. My car was fixed within 3 hours and I was on my way. U can't beat that kind of customer service. I wish I could give this place a zero! I booked an oil change days ago for an 8am appointment. I showed up on time to only to be told that their appointment scheduler online is not accurate and that they would need my car for a few hours! I walked out! Side note: I should never have booked at Goodyear. Another location worked on my parents car. They didn't tighten the lug nuts after replacing their tires. I was blessed with running over a screw yesterday in my new Jeep and discovered at the end of my work day. Thankfully I was not left hanging by calling John the manager of the Ralston Road location in Arvada and while they closed currently at 5pm he managed to squeeze me in to get the tire repaired and back on the road within a half an hour at the end of their busy business day. Getting off on a rocky start with them when I had to get the sensor and gasket fixed on my van. (having to wait all day to get it back when they told me it would be 3 hours) They redeemed themselves Since then I have had to replace the fan belt which they were awesome they tried a few times to fix so I wouldn't have to pay to get it fix in the end sadly I had to and they out did themselves only charged me for the part not the labor read more

First and foremost, Jon the manager is absolutely amazing. Wonderful experience thanks to him. That being said, extremely expensive. You are obviously paying for the name, but I honestly feel like I was misled regarding my alignment. I was told over the phone that my new tires would wear very unevenly based on my free alignment check. After agreeing to the alignment, I get in to pick up my car and pay and I look at the alignment chart, which shows that my alignment is off by less than an 8th of an inch. Adjusting my car for 1/8th of an inch of pull was a little shady... They made it sound like my steering would be horrible if I didn't, and honestly my fault for not asking the measurements before hand. Lesson learned. At an eighth of an inch I would have driven off the road after probably a mile assuming it was a straight road. Compliments again to Jon the manager who went above and beyond for me, but in general Goodyear's up-selling based on fear of a problem that doesn't really exist is not good business. read more

I REALLY don't recommend this place. I wasn't greeted when I walked in but what's worse I that I stood there for ten minutes without being helped. Did I mention that nobody else was waiting, or in front of me in the lobby? There was also two staff members being the pretend two way mirror that seen me and just casually continued their conversation. All of this to finally get waited on to find out they had no time to check out my tire and that they were booking two days out. So frustrating!! read more

Went in to get my headlight bulb replaced and it was cheaper than I thought. Anthony was a really friendly, personable guy. The shop was pretty busy being a Saturday but I was still able to get my car back in less than an hour so they're quick I think. I may just go back. Good job guys. read more

Sorry to say that I cannot recommend this store. I also think that Goodyear should take a second look into the operation of this store. I took my 2012 Toyota Rav4 in for a scheduled oil change. I waited 1 1/2 hours for the service to be completed. I noticed oil in my garage a few hours after I got home and made arrangements to go back the following day. The manager checked my car and said "Everything was tight and that the oil was probably residual from the oil change" (Shouldn't this excess oil have wiped off by the mechanic?). Next day same problem; oil in my garage. Goodyear offered to recheck but I went to my Toyota dealer instead. Long story short; 2 quarts down and the nylon gasket was left off of the drain plug by Goodyear. This is mechanics 101 not brain surgery. The people here are nice, just not very competent. I asked for and got a complete refund for the service. read more

Came to get a flat tire repaired after only having all four brand new tire for less than two months and was not even greeted by the guy at the cashier. Told him how they were still brand new and didn't even explain my options just told me "there's four other people ahead of you so it'll be two hours before we can look at it and see if it's repairable." I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were recommended to me by a close friend. But honestly, I haven't had a good experience with them to date. Some of their staff is friendly, but their customer service is bad at best. They are complacent, money-driven, and terribly afraid of confrontation. They don't communicate well, and it takes hours to do any amount of work on your car, and it's done carelessly. And if all of that isn't not enough, their prices are higher than any other auto center I have found (for example: oil change is $29.99 and up, a new tail light cost me $63 including part and labor, and windshield wipers cost $30 to install). I hate to say this, but I honestly don't trust that their mechanics aren't going to break something just to say it needs fixed. read more

I've had nothing but excellent service at this Goodyear. They've fixed multiple flats with no charge, and even stayed open late one night to help me so I didn't have to leave my car and walk home. They've helped me find the best price on tires by doing a ton of research online so I didn't have to. I really trust this place. These guys are awesome, and the store manager is always helpful. Monday morning and my tire has a leak that needs immediate repair. After not being warming welcomed at 4 other local businesses, I made my way to this Goodyear Auto Service Center. I was warmly greeted by John who told me they could probably have the repair completed in an hour. It took them around 40 minutes to repair the tire and kindly send me on my way and did not charge me for the repair. Terrible. Some of the Face-to-face counter employees are fine... courteous and kind, but others are uninformative and rude. (especially phone call conversations). An oil change and break pads took over 6 hours while other cars came and went. No phone calls with repair estimates or when repairs are finished. (I usually have to call them) They were unable to find a coolant leak which another Goodyear Center found without a problem. Manager is always looking too busy to meet with you and when you do, he was not accommodating or sympathetic... seemed like he just wanted me out of there. Horrible!! I scheduled an appointment online and they called back and said that time I scheduled it for was unavailable. Then the soonest possible appointment was over a week... That's not even the bad part. I took my car in on time and 2 hours later I came back (just for an oil change) and they hadn't even started. The the receptionist, Marty, tried to sell me an air filter for $45.. When I asked why it's so expensive (normally they're like $10-18) she said because I have a Mazda3... Which if I'm not mistaken is a very common Japanese car and very inexpensive parts... What BS. Almost 3 hours later she says she ordered the air filter from a place that never showed up but lucky me she got it from a place that was less expensive than the first place.... Um, why are you ordering the most expensive one available?! What a joke. Then to top it off, another lady came in who stated she dropped her car off at 8am for her appointment and was back to pick it up. It's almost 3pm now. And Marty says, oh your car is going in next... You think I would have learned from my first terrible visit, but no, I assumed it was a fluke. Here is what is common between both my visits. - Won't call with work estimates. - Some things went unfixed because they don't test their work to see if it really fixed it. - Won't call when car is finished. - Prioritize small jobs higher than large ones even when scheduling an appointment. - Customer service is terrible; staff lacks concern and is unresponsive. I recommend you find a more competent business for auto repairs, which shouldn't be difficult to do just by going ANYWHERE else. read more

I went in for an oil change/complimentary tire rotation. About 10 minutes after getting my car back, I noticed that one of my front tires was rubbing when I made tight turns. I did not have time (nor did I want) to return that same day. Given that the problem was not serious, I decided to wait until I went back the following month for another oil change (I'm a lyft driver and the miles rack up quickly). Also I did not expect there to be much issue and assumed the problem would be fixed easily and free of charge. Maybe a half-assed apology would have been nice too. Instead, when I went back and explained what had happened, I was given a big shrug and a very patronizing sounding "we'll take a look at it", as if what I was describing wasn't possible. When I came back I was told that a plastic clip on the inside of the wheel well had "broken off" and needed to be replaced. "You probably hit a pot hole or something" he said. I assured him that I had not, and that the issue began immediately after my last visit, to which he did not respond. They did not have the clips in stock and had not attempted to repair it even temporarily. "You can get the clips at autozone" he had added. This was initially a very small and forgivable mistake but the lack of even basic customer service skills made for a very annoying experience to say the least. I went in first without a problem, left with a problem, went back, and left again with the same problem... awesome. read more
