Finally get back out on the road, and when we arrive at our destination the next morning, we noticed a scraping noise when hitting some low bumps. What really disgusted with this place was they said they looked at all 4 CV axles but never told me that both front tires were so worn down on the inner part of the tires that metal band was sticking out. All other shops I've used include tire rotation automatically with oil changes, so this came as a surprise, especially after another tire shop pointed out uneven wear on my tires. I will now have to pay $300 to replace 2 tires early as their wear was halved due to this. Better communication from the staff would have prevented that issue. This isn't the first time I've had a problem here, but it's the one that made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I'd recommend that anyone using this shop ask up front exactly what's included in their service.

Something bigger than a nail was in there...check my photos to see the broken key that deflated my tire in record time!
