I was…read moreensured by the Simmons GoBattery technician, that they were equipped to register the new battery as BMW requires. Shortly thereafter, warning signals appear and the BMW's overall performance was sluggish. Thousands of dollars spent on replacement parts and labor since then, and 2 months ago I learn (after having a diagnostic test performed), that dozens of error codes were present. DME errors related to the battery not being registered at all. Emails, phone calls, and messages left for Simmons GoBattery regarding these results, have gone unnoticed. I visited the new Simmons GoBattery location twice and was told by a different technician that Simmons GoBattery told me wrong, that they are DO NOT have the capability of registering new batteries with BMW and that John Simmons, the owner of Simmons GoBattery, would get back to me ASAP about his businesses false claim. STILL NO WORD. BMW needed to be jumped started every day for the last two weeks, today my husband took it to Simmons GoBattery and spoke to Mr. Simmons himself, who was working there alone and this is what we got... Although the battery is under a 3-year warranty and his former technician lied to me about BMW being registered properly, Mr. Simmons offered me nothing but excuses. Dismissing me and the situation, he avoided his responsibility as a business owner, to uphold the warranty, and for his website's FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND CLAIMS that at Simmons GoBattery, they register vehicles accordingly. Instead, Mr. Simmons complained about staff turnover, faulty equipment, and money HE spent on HIS business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Simmons GoBattery FOR WORKING ON ANYTHING I OWN. NOR WOULD I CONDUCT BUSINESS with Mr. Simmons, WHATSOEVER.

Next, the employee Avery attempted to lock the door before the designated time of closing. Once I was allowed entry, I walked around looking for a specific part that I needed. Upon going to the counter to check out, the employee Avery scanned my item and proceeded to tell me the amount without asking me for my phone number regarding my warranty information. I then had to inform him on what to do. The other employee, Michele, was no better. The customer service from this location was terrible at best and completely aweful. I'm not sure what O'Reilly standards are, but clearly, these workers failed hands down.

I have scoured the market and the internet for pricing. Walmart.com has the best pricing on tires that I researched. And they are delivered free to either your home or the local Walmart Auto Care Center. I took the vehicle to the Wetumpka Walmart Auto Care Center on 9/6/19. It's all first come first serve so we were fortunate to have only several cars in front of us. If you purchase from either Walmart.com or the local store, the mounting is free. They charge $12.00 p/tire for balancing and $10.00 p/tire for road hazard if you choose these options. Tire disposal fee is $1.50 p/tire. I saved between $70.00 to $100.00 vs local tire centers. When I compared the components that make up the overall cost, the local tire companies charge just a little more for each cost component. (i.e. tires, balancing, road hazard and tire disposal fee). And keep in mind when you purchase the road hazard coverage, this policy is good at any Walmart Auto Care Center. Great if your traveling and need a repair due to a road hazard. The staff were very good to work with and the technicians seemed very knowledgeable. Bonus: The pricing and service was so good we had them go ahead and install two new tires on our second vehicle while we were there. We assumed we would have to leave it for the day so we drove two cars in order to return home. We went for coffee and returned an hour later. Both cars were finished.
