This was so easy…read more No appointment needed just line up behind the orange cones and when a bay becomes available the garage door will open and the attendants will guide you in. You simply park over the oil change station and follow the attendants instruction. It really is only 10 minutes! Staff worked quickly, they were knowledgeable, they reset my oil light and hooked me up with a new cling for my window to tell me when I'll be due again. They check fluids, wash the windows, no high-pressure sales tactics, just quick, friendly service. I was in and out on my lunch hour. Like a snap. I'll be using them in the futre for my oil changes.

Tires rotated, on schedule -always great service. Never once turned away. Bought 4 tires today; all said and done -in just under an hour. Bada bing bada boom! I would not recommend any other tire shop for service and quality tires at excellent prices. I stay with service I trust. Trust me you can't go wrong here!

Why was the customer in front of me accepted for a walk in for something more labor intensive when all I needed were my tires changed? I had to schedule an appointment over 10 days out now and when leaving an employee put a cigarette in his mouth at the front desk and walked out, three staff were outside goofing off lifting wheel parts and three staff on assuming a break when a dozen customers are waiting seemed like a serious lack of professionalism. The manager wouldn't even come and give me an explanation to the mishap. The woman at the counter went to ask the manager what to do and blamed me for not calling and they had several appointments for the same time. It is not my fault their systems aren't working and I was rejected to leave my car to be worked on at their convenience. Permanently taking my money and business elsewhere this was the worst service and experience despite constant effort as a customer.

Hubby had my truck so had my sister swing by with her car to pick it up while we were out. The kid who loaded it literally just dropped the bags in the trunk; loud thud!! To the point it jolted the car & we jumped. We drove less than a mile down the road & heard a loud muffler sound. We stopped & looked under & there was a big crack in her muffler, at the flange. I live a mile from the store! Called Campbells back & told them (John) what happened & asked them to please mention to this kid to perhaps not just drop 80# bags of concrete in someone's trunk like that as it can cause damage. The concrete was a solid block too, so this was all in vain anyway! Had to return concrete & now have to pay for repairs. Manager said "well u must've hit a big bump cuz there's no way that could do that damage." Umm, well my sister drove like a turtle & did not hit any bumps. The car was completely fine b4 this. You do the math. VERY expensive mistake, buying overpriced concrete that was useless. Be WARNED: if u buy bags of concrete here, load it yourself or you may have your car damaged. Manager could've said "Well I'm sorry that happened & yes I'll speak to the guy to tell him to be careful." That's all. That would've been sufficient/decent, good customer service. Not like I expected them to pay our car repairs! Just some type of decency or concern for customers who have shopped there a lot! No more. Lost my business, my sisters & that of my contractor who brought the concrete back for me. These people do not know how to treat customers. On a whim, I stopped at the Autozone, where they advertise "free advice." The employee I spoke with offered to come out to the car to take a look, and had pinpointed the problem within a few minutes. A small button-cell battery had somehow gotten into the rail on which the seat moves. He fished it out and all was well again. I offered him a $20 bill but he wouldn't take it even on my third and fourth tries. He just kept smiling and telling me to spend it on ice cream for me and the kids. He didn't make any money for Autozone with this, nor for himself, but he made a traveling family very happy and relieved. So we sing his and the company's praises!

They went out of their way to help me install the battery after the store closed! I had already tried AAA and jump starting the vehicle to no avail. The car alarm simply would not shut off when I tried jump starting the car earlier. Renata and Brad quickly and professionally changed the battery and stopped the alarm from going off, after hours at my college! They refused to accept any additional payment and did an excellent job.
