That said, the other associate who felt they needed to call a sheriff to the store and have them watch me because they believed I was shoplifting was insulting in the extreme considering I spent nearly a $120 for the battery replacement and a lightning cable I had this paranoid associate add to the purchase (which they never added). They shouldn't even be there.

Poor Customer Service the staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. When I asked for advice on which battery would be best for my car, they gave vague answers and seemed annoyed by my questions Lack of knowledge the employees did not seem knowledgeable about the products. One of them recommended a battery that turned out to be incompatible with my vehicle model. I only found out after struggling to install it and having to return to the store.Overpriced products the prices were significantly higher compared to other stores and online retailers. I later found the same battery for 20% less at a competitor.They said Manger does not allow online price match something AutoZone is good for.Return policy hassle when I tried to return the incompatible battery, I was met with resistance and had to argue with the manager for a refund. They initially refused to accept the return, claiming it was my fault for choosing the wrong product.Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at oreillys. I will not be returning and would not recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
