Took the manager I guess he was 2 weeks to get back up with us and he said he had to do research on how competitive the pricing was and kept trying to explain there quality of parts and service warranted the cost. Well my wife wouldn't accept it and they finally refunded us $250. So we cancelled the contract and just had another plumbing issue and used Drain Chasers Plumbing in Georgetown and he was fantastic. Super nice, and a private owned business. Sean from Drain Chasers was who we had just come out and gave me his personal cell phone number for if any other issues arise.

Dustin came out and talked with me about what I wanted to do and then prepared a very detailed quote that was professional and complete. Their price was very competitive. We agreed on a date to start work. Dustin was here first thing in the morning and worked until 5 PM on the install. He was back the next day to finish the work and he took great pride in the installation, making sure that everything lined up and that the installation was very clean. He was very careful in his work when he had to make a penetration into an exterior wall and tying into the electrical panel.
