UPDATED REVIEW - I had to give my guys 5 stars because even though there was a hiccup with the opening this am, they were VERY RESPONSIVE reached out via message and updated me and let me know it was open. Best smoke shop in the area! This smoke shop is dope they have the best prices. BUT whoever is supposed to open July 5th needs to be fired. They've cost this store so much business just while I was sitting there when they SHOULD HAVE BEEN OPENED. The girl that works there doesn't get there until the store opens usually then you have to wait for her to take her sweet ass time unlocking the doors. Get better openers! read more

Called to ask a question to see if they had what I wanted in stock, they said "I'd feel more comfortable talking about this in person" and proceeded to hang up. Yes or no would've been suffice. If you don't feel comfortable talking about your products, in your store, over the phone, then wtf are you selling people. Why tf would I drive down there to ask my question AGAIN, waste my gas, and you may or may not even have what I'm looking for in stock. There are plenty of other smoke shops with better customer service, that aren't doing shady shit, where they can talk freely on the phone to customers without the animosity. read more

These guys are the best in the business. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and they're constantly running specials. You want to buy a mod? They have a special for that right now. You have a mod and need to stock up on juice? They have a special for that right now. You use disposable vapes? They have a special on those as well. My mod wasn't working correctly. They HELPED ME FIX IT instead of just trying to sell me a new one! They had nothing to gain by trying to help me fix the problem- But they DID gain a lifelong customer, and I send all of my friends to this shop. Awful place to buy mods and accessories. Came here a few times for juice they were really nice. However this experience today was enough to make me not come back. Spent our time with the employee because my Madre didn't know much about what tanks would fit her mod. The employee picked one and then opened it and put it on the mod and ensured us it is the correct tank. Come to find out she gave us one that uses cotton, not coils. But to top that off it was NOT compatible with her mod. Now the big issue really is how we were treated because of THEIR mistake. The guy wouldn't even look at my mom in the face, told her she can't have a refund or exchange or give any solution or help. He wanted us to spend more money. For their mistake. Not even an apology with this awkward situation you know? Even from the person that sold it to us, no apologies, no care, no customer service just standing there lookin guilty. It just wasn't their problem anymore. Look I'm not looking for a response with your return policy that WASN'T EVEN GIVEN, they way they treated us was wack. Which is just not how you should run a business. At least get employees to know their stuff? Anyway, super disappointed my fault for choosing convenience over a place that has actual knowledgeable and approachable employees. THIS PLACE IS WACK, AVOID. Stop playin. read more

They recently opened up and the staff is so friendly and helpful! The entire shop is very organized and they have a lot of new product that I wasn't able to find at other shops! Love the staff very professional and very neat and organized. They know there quality of vape juice and overall how to keep customer satisfaction at 100 percent. Poor customer service and poor quality glass. I bought a bong stem two days ago and it literally snapped in half on me when I pulled it out to put my flower in it. Went to exchange it for another one, they were completely rude and said I needed to pay full price for another one. It was not dropped at all, just poor quality glass! I will never buy from them again and do not recommend buying here for any glass products cause their poor quality glass. read more
