First the front counter guy wasn't even in the store when we walked in. Upon walking in, he then came in from the front door and greeted us. We started looking around the shop and he was watching our every move. Upon my boyfriend asking to look at a bowl piece in his display, he walked over to us and asked us both for our ages, DoB and ID in a harsh way and with concerned look. I've never had an experience where I was interrogated with so many questions about my age. We hadn't even shown the intent of purchasing and he already was carding us. Upon even after showing the ID, I felt uncomfortable to be in that environment and also to support a business that treats customers like this. Went in for juice yesterday. Woman didn't know much, but no big deal. Second time buying juice. Needed salt nicotine 30 30. She sold me 30 55. I didn't know any better. No biggie, out 20. This place used to be a lot nicer in my opinion. The new owner or whoever always has a crappy attitude. The place is 21 for everything except spray paint is what he told me. It's okay to have the policy and everything but you don't need to have such an attitude about it. Anyways, in my opinion there are plenty of nicer shops in the area with way better customer service. I have notices 2 men working here almost every time I go in, The taller of the two is very nice and helpful but the shorter guy is very pissy and almost always has an attitude. As a Mother of a son who has had a "Spice" synthetic marijuana addiction for 4 yrs now, I resent this smoke shop for selling this deadly product (which by the way my son does purchase it from your location)!!!! The packaging says not for human consumption, yet you know darn well what people are buying it for!!!! My Son has been to the emergency room twice now from smoking it, once not even knowing he went in an ambulance because he had blacked out!!!!
