I have always loved O'sheas and this one definitely doesn't disappoint. Fast service and came around often for refills. Great atmosphere and good music. Perfect calamari and the champion burger is amazing. Conveniently place next to two hotels.

The food here hit the spot with our family as we all enjoyed our meals which included hot wings, Guinness fish and chips, and a Reuben. All good. Other than that this place offers a varied menu, the usual pub fare with some interesting options such as shepherds pie, Guinness beef stew, and cheese steak boxty. Note: For those who have been on the road for a while (Drumheller being a tourist destination) you may be pleased to see some nutritious options such as the vegetable platter, edamame beans, homemade soups, and salads.

I was surprised not much was open in Drumheller on a Sunday of a long weekend. The town was hopping and the museum packed, alas our lunch choices with small children was limited so we went to O'sheas. While the staff were friendly enough they were painful to watch and deal with. I was greeted quickly but was left there while the staff... well I am not sure what they were doing. The people trying to pay lined up, the people wanting a table grew and the tables were empty and messy and the servers were sort of no where. A dedicated hostess/cashier and a busser is needed on weekends in this place. But that will just help the service and not the food. My husband had full fish and chips, I had beef dip with Caesar salad and the kids had haddock bites and mini hot dogs both with fries. Portions were fine but maybe on the small side compared to big portions people tend to want or maybe it seemed smaller since she spilled about 1/4 of the fries on the floor when she put down the plates once it finally came. We were never offered refills and had to ask for condiments. When we had had enough of our cold deep fried food we joined the long wait in trying to pay our bill. Next time we chine to Dino Town we will pack a picnic.

    Nice new looking bar!

Owner of the restaurant stops by at every table to ensure everything is good and asks for feed back. I told him I didn't like my food (clean plate) and I can tell he didn't get what I meant. I said it's the other way around and he got a good laugh. Minimal decors. Spacious, airy, booth and regular tables available. Live Karaoke soon. Yay!! More clientele to come. Separate washroom with a lil bit of confusing sign. Have to look twice to make sure you're going in the right one. There were 4 of us in the group. These are the food that we ordered : Breakfast Sammy (CAD$15.99) - the sandwich is good except for the home fries. After it got cold, it became tough. Fettuccine Alfredo (CAD$15.99) - it comes with a soup or salad. Additional CAD$4 if you add Shrimp or Chicken. Pasta was Al Dente and the sauce is on point. Food was devoured. Deluxe Happy Belly Burger (CAD$16.99) - the beef patties are thick, well cooked and tasty. Optional add ons with additional fee like onions or mushroom. The name is aptly. French Toast (CAD$13.99) - it was okay. I have tasted better. I was in awe with the amount of bacon that came with it. It was a lot. I was expecting to get a few pieces. That made up the whole meal. We left the restaurant with Happy Belly and Satisfied. For sure we will come back when we find ourselves lost in the area.

The restaurant has distinctly diner vibes, and appeared possibly associated with the Travel Lodge that was structurally adjacent. Joane (?...she did say it was with a single "n") was our very gracious server. Two of us ordered the cheese burger and the 4-cheese creamy penne, respectively; both were tasty and satisfying, done well as "diner" selections. The remaining two of our party opted to do "midday breakfast" instead and ordered the Grand Platter to share...which came with a big side of "entertainment" value as it was unexpectedly served on a Lazy Susan - 4 each of bacon, ham, sausages, and eggs, 1 pancake, toast, and potatoes! Can definitely feed two if not three. Would certainly dine again here if ever coming back out to this somewhat remote destination in Alberta.

Everyone is super polite and honest with you and I find it's hard to get that in most restaurants so this one did a great job. Ambiance is also pretty good. there are TVs going on and there's lots of them in one room so I find it slightly overstimulating. THIS IS PURELY ABOUT VINTAGE #2 KITCHEN SIDE AND NOT THE TAP HOUSE SIDE!…read more If I could give it 0 stars I would, for attitude alone. I have eaten here many times, it was our favourite restaurant and we were dining here on average once a week. After today, we have no interest in going back. We understand it is open to families, and children will play when they get restless. The staff on hand did nothing when two children spent 30 minutes: -shrieking at the top of their lungs, piercing and painfully loud -bouncing off the walls and waiting area chairs -grabbing and shaking the pictures on the walls But instead, scolded us for speaking up and suggesting the children should be taken outside to work off their energy. It may be a private space, but being open to the public means it should be a place with an atmosphere conducive to all patrons, not favouring one over the comfort of everyone else in earshot. We are all for family environments, but when every other patron in the restaurant is wincing and covering their ears from the sound, it is too loud. The biggest problem, and the reason we won't go back, was that at the end of our meal, one of the staff (we assume the manager) came over and chastised us for speaking up where they wouldn't. The staff did nothing when the parents threatened us for making a comment after waiting very patiently for them to parent their children. Instead, she told us we had to go sit on the tap house side if we had a problem with the screaming. She said 'we' made the parents uncomfortable by speaking up (after patiently waiting 30 minutes for someone to settle the children down as a courtesy to everyone else there). She ignored our side, insisting we could not be physically pained by the shrieking from the benches in the waiting area beside us, and said we were not being hurt by it. If that is the attitude of the staff at this restaurant, there are other places in town we can eat that have fantastic food and will treat everyone that dines there with more respect and courtesy than we experienced at Vintage Kitchen today.

The dining room was not too large but was made efficient with table placement. We ordered at the counter then were assigned a table by the woman who took our order. There were a few other patrons when we arrived. Our food came out in about ten minutes. I had a double cheeseburger with onion rings and Andrew had a mushroom burger. His burger had a gray mushroom sauce on it that made the burger sloppy. Andrew enjoyed it. My burger was not your typical burger. It seems to be hand made and had some seasoning on it. It was a bit too salty and and also kind of tough. It was good though. The onion rings were typical. Business really picked up while we were there with many more customers. The children's hotdog was a good size, but priced a bit high. The person who took our order was friendly and helpful. Part of the reason we came here was that they advertised 100% natural beef. My wife has allergies to various ingredients - the reason we chose this restaurant was because of the natural beef. As the pictures indicate their beef is not natural - it is filled with various other ingredients - some which are anything but natural. We were quite disappointed in this. Seems like a bit of false advertising. Unlikely that we would come back
