I am glad this is not our first visit. We were there last night and it was overall awesome, tonight not even close. They were busy, but had tables open. Sat us quickly and the we fell off their radar. Other people came after us, and were served their drinks, we just sat there..my wife had to ask for a server. when the food did come, they forgot one roll.. (it was on the bill, had removed). I had to get up and ask for a box to go and bill. My wife said "last time we go here". The portions were great, the fish was great, the service sucked and made for a stressful dinner. I will probably give them another go, but honestly, why? There are so many other options. I gave them 3 stars because the portions and food was good, but we felt ignored, if this my first visit I would probably have given them a two. I was overwhelmed when I went in and thought we would have a good dinner to relax a busy Friday, but left more stressed than when I went in. Everyone has a bad day, but this was overall a less than a pleasant dinner. read more

Expensive but pretty good quality for sushi, got take out and it tasted pretty fresh the rolls were a bit warm. Good sized rolls. When picking up the takeout they were somewhat nice. Inside the restaurant is small so I wouldn't say good for large groups. It is in the same parking lot as the movie theater so definitely good for a date night. I've used to go to this spot all the time in college, for YEARS. I used to swear that this was the best sushi spot in Santa Clarita for the longest time. Finally came back after a very long time, and was so pleasantly surprised that the quality hasn't depleted at all even after all these years. They've made a few renovations since but the menu hasn't changed much and they taste just as good as I remember. Service is SO sweet and he remembers all of my idiosyncrasies, chili oil, brown rice, masago, salmon instead of eel, no cream cheese on the Philly roll. How do they remember that??? . It's just plain amazing food. You go there and you're greeted by the nicest people and a very comfortable place then you see the menu and everything is exactly as it is. Amazing. You didn't get in and out of there then under an hour for under 50 bucks and I know that doesn't sound like much but trust me it really is. It's amazing incredible and you need this. read more

I often see a 35% off deal for orders of $15 or more on UberEats for this place and you really can't beat that. They always hook up extra ginger and extra sauces as long as you ask. I have gestational diabetes so sometimes sub white rice for brown rice and they have no problem accommodating this. The specialty rolls are fresh, plump and made perfectly. 911 Roll 10/10 Hush Roll 10/10 Pink Dragon Roll 10/10 Hot Summer Special Roll 10/10 Sierra Highway Roll 10/10 You can't go wrong with any of these! Walked in today for the first time, ordered 3 special rolls and spicy garlic edamame, which was AMAZING!! I was given my to go order in a timely manner and wow it was delicious and flavorful! The employees were nice and quick to take my order, asking me for extra sides as well to make sure I had everything I needed in order to enjoy my meal. I came here with my boss to try this place out, as sushi fanatics we are. The place has plenty of seating during lunch hours and the cooling here is really nice considering how hot it was outside. The service here is quick and attentive! I appreciate the server asking if I prefer to have lemon in my water as I usually always have to request it at other places. I ordered the Megan roll and my boss ordered the dragon roll. Both rolls came out with a great portion of fish! And the quality is decent as well. The spicy tuna wasn't too spicy which I like and there wasn't an overwhelming amount of sauce drizzled over. The soft crab was super warm and crunchy! Everything we order was so yummy. Packed with flavor and perfect amount of fish and rice ratio. My favorite rolls were the 14 hwy and oh baby roll. My son and husband really enjoyed the food here. I am so bummed to be writing this. But only in hopes that management take the constructive criticism as this once was an amazing local sushi spot. The albacore was completely inedible, warm and certainly not fresh. The salmon, was grey and was grocery store quality roll. We were served a mountain of ginger and wasabi and a huge bowl of edamame. You can tell the owner is no longer active here as the employees are wasteful and no longer care about quality. With sushi, quality surpasses quantity by far. In addition, the service was below average. Was not questioned once why our food was not touched. I hope they change things around. read more

This is a fabulous sushi joint. Perhaps we happened to dine in on the day they just got their fish delivery, or perhaps they're getting so many orders that their supply is always poppin fresh. Either way the fish I had was superior quality to the average run of the mill sushi joint. Staff is helpful, polite, and there to serve. They get so busy, overwhelming amount of pick up orders, lots of dine in. But somehow they persevere. Per sushi / sashimi / rolls. I loved the boom boom pow and all of the sushi and sashimi I got. Didn't care much for the hand roll, it was just basic- something missing. The ramen was lovely. Tempura is quality definitely one of the better tempuras I've had. Kirin on tap, the only beer on tap... the only beer needed! Prices are very reasonable. Overall experience was great. I appreciate how kind they are to every single customer. Little touches like that reflect the owners and management of this restaurant. My expert tip: be kind and patient to your servers especially here because they do get really busy and it's hard work being on your toes like that. read more

I think we found a new place to go close to our home! We just had a quick lunch but we're looking forward to dinner here soon. Tried Orange Blossom, Pink Dragon and Fire Fire rolls. The pan fried Gyoza was very good here. Really good size and very tasty with some nice texture to it. Orange...I'm definitely ordering again. Fire Fire was my husbands and he loved it.
