I love trying new tea shop but I'm not very satisfied with my first visit here in O Tea Bar. I ordered a large 16 oz drink with no ice, cashier rang me up and said no problem, but I still received my drink with ice in it, drink is fine but not outstanding, upon coming home, I washed the drink cup and just out of my curiosity I filled the water all the way and pour it into my measuring cup, it's not even 16 oz, I felt I get rubbed and I'm not going back. read more

Im contemplating on going to the emergency room while trying to type this review. I have so much going on at once. Where do I start... I ordered the Taro Foam coffee Latte. It seriously tasted mid but left a horrible after taste in my mouth for many hours. That usually indicates that the coffee was sitting old. So after a few hours of sitting in traffic, I started getting these really wicked stomach cramps/aches. I was blaming the food that i ate earlier but there's no way lunchables pizza would ever do this to me. Never has, never will. I remember it was the mediocre coffee! I rushed to my friend's house and sat on the toilet... well, he's not my friend anymore after what I did to his toilet. The hot violet death sprays left a very unpleasant smell that wouldn't go away for many hours. After an entire can of air wick, the smell remains all thanks to this terrible coffee. I came here on Friday and ordered their Mango sago drink and I have to say it was one of the better mango sagos I've had in Vegas! It was not too sweet and tasted legit of fresh mangos and there were some chunks as well. Also, I did manage to drop my drink on the way to the car and I came back inside and I assume the two older couple to be the owners (?) offered to make me a completely new drink even though I asked for it to be transferred to a cup that wasn't broken. SUPER NICE ! And they helped me pack up all the drinks from another place in new cup holder trays & bagged it up securely for me which I'm so thankful for their kindness! This is place is great! The owners are really nice as well. We got the watermelon coconut milk and the mango sago. The watermelon coconut milk was very good and refreshing, perfect for this hot weather. The Mango sago had a bitter taste so my daughter did not like it. The owners said they put grapefruit in it which is why it had a slight bitter taste. They were nice enough to exchange it for something else. The drinks here are great! We usually get the avocado sago, mango sago, matcha slush w/ matcha boba (more like matcha crystal jelly), and mixed fresh fruit sago w/ coconut milk. All drinks are good, not too sweet, toppings with a good chew. We've also had the snacks here: truffle fries, takoyaki, breaded scallops, breaded crab claw, and karaage octopus. All are good too when you're craving for something fried. The breaded crab claw was like a chicken nugget but be careful with eating it cuz I took a bite of one and there was a sharp piece of broken claw that poked the inside of my mouth and startled me. Regardless, still good food and drinks. The location is nice as well, with a cozy and comfortable ambience. The place is bright, welcoming and inviting, just as the service. read more

O Tea Bar has great tasting drinks and a lovely atmosphere for both chats with friends as well as studying. There are some awesome photos ops and the workers are so kind and welcoming. I was greeted right away with smiles and waves unlike some other venues where the workers can be so tired that they're bothered by your existence lol. I was able to stay and study for a few hours enjoying my drink and will definitely recommend to others. It's conveniently close to the neighborhood too! So I've been here a total of two times already and honestly love this place! The mango sago was the drink of my choice both times I came here and it was great in all aspects. First, it was beautiful on presentation with all the ingredients shown layer by layer in the sago. Secondly, the taste was not too sweet and had a perfect mix of creaminess and fruitiness to the drink. Lastly, the staff and overall look of the place was very welcoming and is for sure going to be popular as a hangout spot if they stick around long enough.
