I personally prefer to get massages from women, and when I tried to explain that to the male owner, he repeatedly asked if he could do it instead. I had to clarify several times, and he seemed a bit irritated, but eventually the female masseuse came to help. There is a slight language barrier, but it didn't cause any real issues. Once everything was sorted out, my 30-minute neck massage was excellent. Despite the awkward moment at the beginning, the quality and affordability make it a place I would return to. Once it was time for the service, Gwen brought me back to my room and Makenzie escorted mom to her room. Gwen was great, applying the right amount of pressure during the service though it did seem to run a couple minutes short of the 30 minute service time.
