My husband booked me a prenatal massage for 80 minutes. He requested a female massage therapist for me. Not sure if the front desk didn't hear him or what. You walked in one of the towers at the Cancun resort. It was down a hallway way. You walked in a room and there are two pedicure stations on the left and the check in desk to the right. Then there was a door to the back hallway where I'm guessing all the rooms are. I was walked back into the very first room right behind the entrance. The whole time I heard doors slamming in the hallway and the people talking in the front entry. My appointment was at 2:30 but they were finishing up and don't come get me until 2:40. My massage therapist was a male, I prefer female massage therapist especially when I'm pregnant I'm just more comfortable with them. I didn't ask for a replacement because I felt bad about it and didn't want to be rude to him. The massage itself was good. I had to ask him to not be so hard and for less pressure on some points, and again I think that goes back to a women knowing and relating more to pregnant bodies. It was on okay experience. My shoulders are seriously bruised and very sore now. I don't think I'll be back. read more

Looooove getting massages here, if only they were open later so that I can go after work, hahaha. Located inside an off-strip hotel, you have to stop by the lobby and let them know you're there for a massage, at which point they'll give you access to the tower where the spa is location. Mind you, this is not your typical like... Las Vegas high-rise luxury spa set up - by that I mean, there's a door marked "Spa" and the place is small, but do not let this put you off! I have had a couple different massage therapists, but as other reviews have pointed out, Bruno was memorable. All were terrific, though. Per my boyfriend, he has also received excellent massages from all his therapists as well. Wow! I was exactly sure what to expect from a massage at a timeshare property. Can I tell you how pleasantly surprised I was. Vivian was my therapist, and she knew exactly what she was doing. Her technique was different than anything I had experienced and I have had numerous massages. She included some stretching or she asked me to take a deep breath, and it felt so nice! It is located in building four on the first floor in a hotel room that has been converted into a spa. It was a quaint place, but don't let that fool you. The experience was well worth it. My husband and I came here for an 80 minute Deep Tissue Couple's Massage. We were in need of a massage! It was the best massage I've ever had. My husband said he enjoyed it as well. Both our masseuses were great. Explained everything that they were going to do and really wanted to know what they should focus on. It hurts so bad, but it felt so good. It was definitely relaxing and I can't wait to go back! After the massages, my masseuse told me what she was able to do and warned me that I would be hurting the next day. It was really great information! Here are some things you should know: - Located in Cancun Resort. - You will need a key card from the front desk to get into the buildings and if you parked in the garage, you'll need a key card to get into the elevators. - It's located in building 4, Yucatán building. Once you enter, you pass the elevators and take a left and it'll be on your right. We wanted to spoil ourselves and have a spa day. We had flown into Vegas early to take advantage of the day. When we looked into booking a massage and facial in our hotel it was a bit pricey as expected to thought we would look around for a better deal and boy did we find one ! An 55 minute massage and 55 minute facial for the price, amazing. The place is tucked away in one of the areas of the hotel, waiting area not impressive , a couple chairs as you walk in next to the pedicure chairs , but once they call you back into the room , it gets better. The massage was amazing and then I didn't even have to leave the room. The facial was completed in the same room as I was still laying there relaxed and not ready to move. They are remodeling the hotel so hopefully they don't close the spa , definitely want to go back next time we're in town. read more

Amazing!!! One of the best massages we have ever had. My husband and I did the couples package, which included a 20 min bath soak with aromatherapy & 60 min couples message. I thought it was a great price (around $175 -180 for the couples package). It's off the strip so it's a nice break from the traffic. It's inside the Cancun hotel but you do not have to pay for parking, there's underground self-parking. Just ask someone at the front desk how to get to the spa, they were really helpful. Off the strip and away from the hoards of obnoxious tourists, we had a wonderful experience at Infinity Spa. Bruno and Deanna started our vacation off wonderfully. Our extended couples package started with a 20 minute aromatherapy soak in a private whirlpool. It only took a few minutes for the ambient lighting, hot whirlpool and aromatherapy to start melting the work week and long drive to Vegas away. Then it was on to the 80 minute massages. This was my husband's first massage and he had a bit of trepidation about trying it but Deanna was very pleasant, very professional, and did a nice job on the massage. She gave him a great first experience so now he understands what he's been missing. After chatting with me and learning about my trouble spots, Bruno molded my massage to target the numerous knots and twisted areas that I have. He used firm enough pressure to really work on the ugly places but was careful to check in along the way to make sure the pressure was right and I was doing ok. If we didn't live 11 hours away, I would make this my new go to massage therapy location. read more

Great couples' experience at this spa! As others said, free parking, just enter the parking lot of the Cancun Resort Hotel (Hilton property) and park, stop at the front desk, and they'll direct you to a separate building near the pool (which is 300-500 feet from reception area) for your spa experience. It took us less than 15 mins to drive from MGM Grand and if you're vacationing here, it's worth the drive (and avoiding high strip prices) if you have a car. The place is small, not super fancy but nice ambiance, modern spa feel and very clean. The spa manager was super sweet and we enjoyed chatting with her as our rooms were prepped. We were 25 mins early and they took us early but gave us our full treatment time. Our two therapists and two estheticians were very kind, clean appearance, and attentive to our individual needs. We had a couples 80-minute massage and 50-minute facial ($350 total without gratuity). Our massage included eucalyptus aroma therapy, stones and hot towels, and the facials included extractions and exfoliations. Everyone's body is different, and their expectations for what's deemed a good massage will differ. But for us, we absolutely enjoyed our experiences. read more

Got lucky and was able to book a same day 80-minute massage for me and my sil. I got a deep tissue massage with Frank who was very accommodating. Pressure was consistent throughout the entire massage. Had complementary aromatherapy and hot stones. My sil also enjoyed her prenatal massage- "it was so good, I almost fell asleep." The facility is inside a Cancun Resorts, which is a timeshare. The receptionist explained directions on where to park and how to get inside. About ten minutes prior to the appointment, they called me to see if I needed directions. We waited in the lobby and someone came to escort us. Facility was clean and staff made sure to follow the covid mandates of mask wearing and social distancing. If you were comfortable taking your mask off, they told you the appropriate time to do so but all staff members kept their masks on the entire time. read more

Wow this is hands down the BEST MASSAGE I've ever had done by a masseuse named Desiree. If you're looking for a massage therapist that will kneed out your knots and leave you feeling like the most relaxed person in the world--she's the one. I prefer a firm touch and told her about the places on my body that needed more attention--I told her this before the massage and she paid attention to all those places without having to be reminded. She really listens and can feel out the spots that need work. On top of that, she also does a scalp massage which many masseuses don't do (at least in my experience) and it was amazing.
