Fast response and quick appointment schedule. The price was good for 90 minutes. We had a best friend massage. The experience was great. The massage therapist was able to do strong to moderate pressures and was able to pinpoint areas of stiffness. We would definitely go back there again and highly recommend this place if you like deep pressures. read more

Booked a 60 minute massage last minute and they were able get me in no problem. My session was with Cindy and she asked me right away if I wanted soft, medium or firm pressure. I came here years ago and had one of the best massages. I can't remember the masseuse's name but she was amazing. Finally scheduled an appointment again years later and this time, not so good. She used her elbows almost 90% of the time. It felt like the same move over and over again. She didn't even do the front of the body. I just laid face down the whole time. When I went to go pay, I proceeded to give her my credit card and she said tip on there or cash? I always tip, but just assuming and actually asking was crazy. First time I came here was amazing and I told all my friends to check it out but after this second time, I won't be returning. read more

I've been here 3 times. Third time is why I'm writing a 1 star. The massage lady kept asking if I want "four hands" (two ladies). I said no but she kept asking. So I said how much, she said "Don't worry I'll give you a discount". I said no. Then 15 min in she starts asking again, saying I can just tip the second lady. OK fine. But then it was a mess, I don't know what they were doing but it wasn't normal or good. And, get this -- 40 min in, she says "Do you want more time?". I said no, the 60 min I asked for is fine. If you need to get some major knots out and can handle the pain this place is for you! I have a really bad back and they always offer to go softer but those knots aren't coming out if they do. They always will work on what bothers you the most and will always offer to switch if you can't hang. They stretch you like the doll in the 90's and crack parts of your back I didn't know existed. This is NOT a 5star spa it's to get a massage and feel better after. The reviews of these people complaining because they try to help guests or take a phone call is ridiculous. It's privately owned there's usually only 6 or less people there trying to help everyone. I've never had a bad time here and I always feel so much better after. Wow, my driver and I both stopped in for a massage after a long 8 Hour drive from Reno. Every bone in my back is happy. What a great idea, relaxing professional environment. Great massage. Called for a last minute appointment. Was able to get in immediately which was nice. Faculty was clean and relaxing. Went in for a 90 minute massage. Ellen used alot of quick pushes and strokes with her elbow and forearm, not enough rubbing with her thumbs and palm. I could tolerate alot of pressure but she focused on a knot I had for so long that it was getting so painful that I had to tell her to come back to it. I appreciate her trying to get my knot out but wow...it was rough. Seems the technique she used is the typical Asian massage place around town. I've been to a few, still in search of a good person that can provide me a relaxing massage while relieving my muscle tightness. If you are looking for a fancy place with robe, slippers, heated beds, and aromatherapy..this isn't it. This place is more for a quick place to relieve any pain or tightness you may have. I don't care for all of that fancy stuff so it didn't matter to me. I like to go in, get my massage and leave. They were all very nice. But as far as the massage. I've had better but I was in so much pain and tightness that I had no choice but to use them since they were able to get me on right away when I called. She answered a phone call while in the middle of the massage. Which I absolutely hate and think that's so rude. But again, the Asian massage place seems to do that alot. This isn't the 1st time that's happened. So annoying. She said she works two jobs and needed to answer the call. Okay but I'm paying for a service. We flew into Vegas for a family medical emergency at a nearby hospital, so my husband and I had some time in between hospital visits and decided to get some massages. My back/shoulder/neck were in so much pain for the past couple of weeks that I had trouble sleeping and was taking around 6 Advils a day. After the first massage here, I could finally get solid sleep that night without being woken up due to the muscle spasms/shooting pain. It was a miracle. I immediately booked a second appointment for the very next day, and after the second one, my pain went from level 10 to 1 and I also stopped taking the Advils. I am so relieved I'll probably be able to sleep through the night again. I'm not a doctor, so please see a medical expert if you have debilitating pain. But for me, my massages did wonders on me and were exactly what I needed. Probably saved me a trip to the hospital for myself as well. This review is for Irene specifically. She is the imho the massage queen of Las Vegas. I came to her in December with terrible sciatica issues. I could barely walk and life was in all honesty miserable. I was advised by my doctor the only answer would be risky surgery. Irene gave me stretches as home work, explained why I was in such pain and had to do some extremely deep massage on my glutes and lower back. She warned me it would hurt initially but I'd feel better 2-3 days later. Now it's 5 months later and i'm 99% back to normal and see Irene once every 2-4 weeks. I have my life back, she is a life saver! More than that she makes me laugh when I need a distraction and genuinely cares for my well being to the point where I say she's like my other mom. :D Overall HIGHLY recommended! read more
