It was distracting and came across as very unprofessional. It honestly felt like she did not want to be there. The oil was so heavily fragranced that my skin became itchy afterward and felt irritated for hours. Because of how uncomfortable the experience was, I ended the massage after only 15 minutes. When I went to leave, instead of apologizing or asking what went wrong, the front desk staff started yelling across the business about how long I had been in the room so they could determine whether to charge me.
