Their own proof explicitly said the logo would be 3 inches down from the neck. They came 5 inches down and it was obviously way too low and looked bad. They responded to our concern once and asked for photos as proof and then ghosted us. Even after we posted a google review they claimed that they had followed up with us and promised to follow up the next day but never did. So, we spent a lot of money. We were given a product that did not meet their own proof that we approved. And then they refused to stand behind their work or even respond to us.

It took over a dozen unnecessary reminders for me to place my order, and ultimately it arrived 2 days after my event, costing me thousands in lost marketing opportunity. When the order arrived, late, it was missing many items, and was the worst print quality I've ever seen from a screen printing company. Off centered, awkwardly stretched, smears, and ink color contamination streaks. After many emails, I still haven't managed to get a refund and think I will need to resort to a filing with the Better Business Bureau and a lawsuit to claim my full damages, since they haven't even refunded my order. It's a shame too, because at first I was very please with BCS, for their selection, pricing, and ordering flexibility. None of that matters though when their print quality is terrible, they can't deliver by their guaranteed delivery dates (note that I started my order 3.5 weeks before my event date), and they could care less that they screwed me over... no apology and haven't refunded my order.

Had a great price for the three shirts and it was done in a timely manner! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I couldn't see a preview of the font/what the shirts would look like, "disney" font was used so I was a little nervous it would be hard to read but it wasn't! I trusted him and they came out great! Will certainly return for any other projects I might have!

They sell scrub coats, zip ups, danskos clogs, stethoscopes, pen lights, badge clips, compression stockings, regular socks, blood pressure cuffs, all the things. The best part is the staff; they are just lovely people who love to chit chat about what kind of work you do. You get a nice discount for working in the hospital too. I wouldn't come anywhere else to purchase scrubs, they have dressing rooms in the back, have additional stock in the back if you are looking for a particular size. Definitely nice having this place nearby.

For $40 we were able to get a quality 3x4' engineering print of a research poster within a few hours. I was told they could complete the job on time and went on to create a design because they could not use the google image I found (which I understood) when I sent him the one I made, again I was told that the photo could not be used and that I would have to create a different photo but I would have to go through a different company to do so. I sent an email back to Doug letting him know that I could do that, but I can also more than likely make it myself but I didn't know what he needed from me in order to make it work (what type of file/picture). He never responded to me. I contacted FASTSIGNS and they were able to have my decals completed with the first photo I originally designed in less than 24 hours. I'm disappointed by the complete lack of help and understanding from Doug when I was a respectful and understanding client who would have used them in the future for many more things.

We started off thinking we didn't care too much about the invitations--because we thought (incorrectly), who remembers an invitation? But once we started looking, we decided that we didn't want something out-of-the-box and boring. Amy created a gorgeous invitation suite and customized it further with a little art we requested. And she did these gorgeous letterpress invitations better price than the boring, digitally printed generic stuff we saw at invitation stores. When we received our invitations, I didn't want to take them out of the gorgeous boxes she packed them in--her packaging alone was Pinterest worthy! I would hire her just to wrap holiday gifts if I could, it was that lovely. But alas, we opened the boxes, assembled the invitation suites and mailed everything out. And the rave reviews are POURING in. I never expected it, but we are getting emails and phone calls from loads of friends and family telling us how our invitations are the best they've ever seen. Amy is a pleasure to work with. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
